I'd like to offer revenance_rpg if you're interested.

It's a game based on Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, but knowledge of the game or the KH franchise is not needed in the slightest.

It fits most of your preferences, and we have a sizable RvB cast, with Washington, North and Theta (played by me), Carolina, and Epsilon.

AC is pretty reasonable with a one log and one post bimonthly or so.

We're having a 4th wall event next week if you're interested in joining in.
