We fit all your requirements - slow paced going to medium right around update times as far as that goes. We are not an AU game, but we do allow AU character backgrounds and previous-game CR backgrounds. (A couple people would potentially know Hotaru from previous games, but how far to go with that or not would be up to you and she wouldn't be expected to know them or what happened before regardless.)

In terms of cast, we have Dark Mercury and Nephrite from the live-action series PGSM version of Sailor Moon. Given the destruction themes there, it'd be very interesting (albeit possibly tense) for them to encounter and develop CR with Saturn.

Which brings me to it's a horror game with things pretty messed up; the emphasis is on investigation and exploration and figuring out what's going on more than gore and such. I think Saturn would be interesting with just how far gone things are as well, to be honest.

If you're okay with new games, consignment is a pan-fandom missions/survival RP set to open on May 9th, where characters essentially are enlisted to help destroy alien planets. The AC is really easy, requiring only one proof out of many options. And it will deifnitely be slow to medium pace, with the ratio set at ratio is 3 ooc days to 1 ic day.
