Kiseki (game ad here) would love any of your listed muses! While man of them listed in this comment would be LCW, on your muselist itself there's a lot of potential casts you could app into: we have a Sherlock & Jamie who would love Joan Watson, or Stiles who would love to see Alison (and we're getting a Scott soon, hopefully), also a potential Legolas who would love any of your LOTR muses, and a potential (fem) Hawke who'd love to see any of the DA characters, and a potential Chibiusa who'd love some Sailor Moon characters, etc etc.

Of the ones you've listed, I can see the Final Fantasy characters fitting into the setting nicely. We're a CLAMP-inspired game that's jamjar/slice-of-life with underlying suggested creepiness occasionally, and pretty frequent events and open posts. We're on IJ, and we're slow/medium paced (sometimes fast-paced during events). We're very backtag friendly and our bi-monthly AC is pretty low pressure (1 open post or 2-3 threads of 15 comments each)
