Can I suggest beastlyroses it's a small game based on fairy tale lore with a moving, overarching plot involving heavy player involvement that would meet your requirements. They've also just put up a test drive if you're inclined.

We'd love to see you at maisondeportes. We definitely meet those requirements, with the pace usually slow moving to medium right around game updates. We're not an AU game although we do accept AU character backgrounds and previous game CR/backgrounds.
