Less of a game and more of a musebox/dressing room, introducing shaxper!
An open, Shakespeare-themed RP community, Shaxper exists because some of us like playing Shakespeare characters and we wanted somewhere to do that that wasn't a game or a meme. If you find that you are like us, then please! Join in!

A community needs a few rules, so here they are:

1. Your character must be from a Shakespearean canon or Shakespeare-inspired.
2. All versions and adaptations and interpretations of Shakespeare characters are allowed (i.e. play versions, movie versions, modern AUs, anything. Hell, if you want to bring in Simba and Scar from the Lion King, you could make an argument for that.)
3. More than one version or instance of a character IS allowed. (aka if we already have a Romeo and you also have a Romeo, you can still join!) The more, the merrier!
4. Shakespearean language, though fun, is not required. We all know how hard it is to write in iambic pentameter with 'thee's and 'thou's, so we're not going to force that on anyone. Write how you want to write, but do try to stay IC.
5. NO WANK. This is a friendly place full of welcoming people. If I find out you're purposely causing drama within the community, I will ask you to leave.
6. This community allows NSFW stuff but please PUT IT BEHIND A CUT and WARN FOR ANY TRIGGERS in the header.
7. Posts can be either OPEN or CLOSED to a specific person/people, so please use the appropriate tags. (aka feel free to use Shaxper for PSLs between two Shakesperean characters.)
