For your consideration: The Warehouse, a panfandom game set in the Warehouse 13/Eureka universe. We're new and fairly slow-paced, so far; there's an overarching meta plot that you can join or not, and opt-in Artifact plots (we should be hitting the first of those this coming month). AC's easy (one thread, 10 comments), and we're totally backtag-friendly.

We have a test drive up if it strikes your fancy! (And maybe you'll even tempt Diana out of one of the current players... if we can figure out how to give Gabe a physical form there. XD)

Curious, how caught up on Warehouse 13 canon should we be for it? Because I haven't seen past the first half of season 4 yet (stupid real life getting in the way of things sigh).

Though the idea of Gabe anywhere near the Warehouse is terrifying amusing (and eeeee a Diana~).

Hi! Sneaking in, I'm the possible-Diana, and another Warehouse-game mod. Don't mind the Joshua journal!

The game's back at the end of S3, and is going AU from there. So, really, it's mostly just setting-knowledge. Technically, you don't need to know it at all, we have pretty extensive setting-pages, and are very question-friendly. :D?

However, if you know the setting, it makes it even better.

I mostly need to figure out a way to make Gabe corporeal before I start thinking about apping him (and resist the temptation to give the B&B a resident pain in the ass teenaged ghost).

Actually, that would be covered by the way the pan-fandom characters come in!

The setup that we have going is that an Artifacty camera is bringing people into the 'verse. So when Gabe was/is pulled through, the camera would give him an actual body. (No, I haven't been thinking about this myself for the past ten minutes or so. Noooooooooope.)

A resident teenager would be awesome! It will annoy Artie!

If you don't mind horror, City of Darkness might be a good fit. It's a relatively new game so it's slow paced, plus it has an easy AC, is community based, and is backtag friendly. We also have a test drive up right now if you're interested!
