OMG a Roy Greenhilt XD Really, though, any of yours could work over at outer_divide, even the villain types. It fits all your criteria, except for the one about being newer (it's been around a couple of years now!). The game itself is smallish and backtag friendly, with an overarching plot with elements of sci fi, politics, mystery, and apocalypse aversion with messed up realities and timelines and a sentient ship.

Plus, dinosaurs :) Roy would love to run into another rampaging triceratops, right? Of course he would.

I have historically always been bad at fitting in to established games, so no promises, but I will at least take a look!
