▼ ABOUT US

▶ route_29 is a panfandom, medium-paced game set in the wonderful world of Pokémon! Specifically, Route is set in the Gen IV, HeartGold/SoulSilver incarnations of Johto and Kanto, but with an available Pokédex up through Gen V (with Gen VI becoming available this summer!), and plenty of exposure to elements of the other regions through mod-run events!

▶ No prior knowledge of Pokémon canon is necessary; we're very friendly to PokéExperts and complete newbies alike! As a predominantly slice-of-life game with regular mod-run events and plots, your Route experience can be as involved or as low-pressure as you make it; we've got a little something for everyone.

▶ We're also very open to player-run plots and villain-friendly — while participation in Team Rocket isn't mandatory for our more villainous characters, we're glad to put the ruthless organization's resources at their disposal when it comes to wreaking havoc on the nation!

▼ GAME BASICS

▶ Route is a journal-based game, but if the upkeep and maintenance of your journal's friends list is an issue, we keep the community's reading list updated for you so all you have to do is join the communities, the same as in any other game!

▶ We're medium-sized, with around 100 characters currently in play, and we run at a comfortable medium-slow pace: on average you're likely to see two to four new posts per day, but with natural fluctuations in speed — we run a little faster during events, and a little slower periodically. We're also very backtag-friendly!

▶ AC is quite manageable — just three proofs per month, which can be satisfied with any combination of posts, logs, or comment threads (totalling at least 10 comments, 5 from you and 5 from someone else).

▶ Our next app round is next weekend, with the app deadline on the 5th of July, midnight EST. If you're still not sure about Route, we currently have a GLORIOUS TEST DRIVE where you can mingle with our lovely player base and other app hopefuls! We hope to see you soon in the world of Pokémon!

You wake up, alone in the dark. There's a breathing tube jammed down your trachea, and you're suspended in a tube of clear blue fluid. Upon registering your level of consciousness, the gravity couch drains the fluid surrounding you and retracts the breathing apparatus; the doors in front of you open, and you're deposited on the floor of a stark, sterile, empty medical bay.

Don't worry. The disorientation usually wears off in less than thirty-six hours.

Ataraxion is a panfandom science-fiction/psychological horror RPG set in a universe not so different from our own. The game is primarily a character-driven jamjar, with an overarching plot that will conceal story elements from both the player base and the PCs. Characters will arrive in-game on the Titan-class colonization ship Tranquility, waking from grav couches located in the ship's medbay. The ship (mysteriously bereft of all original crew members, save two) is heading towards a way home—a deep-space jump point known only as Ataraxia. From there, according to the captain, characters will be able to return to their universes.

Over two years old, Ataraxion is a slow-paced game with a large plot every second month and a variety of minor monthly occurrences. Our monthly Activity Check is one post or one log or ten comments, and backtagging is welcomed and encouraged. We have characters from a variety of mediums, including television, film, books, webcomics, video games, comics, anime and manga. We love lone canon warriors and accept CR AUs and original characters.

entranceway is a medium-paced game set in the wonderful world of Wonderland; a magical mansion and its surrounding gardens, forest and sea. Become part of its history or stay on the sidelines and enjoy all the jam in this jar. The allure of the sign is just too strong to resist, isn't it? Why, it seems to dismiss other pressing questions such as WHY AM I HERE? or maybe even HOW DID I GET HERE? or the ever troubling WHY ARE THOSE GNOMES STARING AT ME?

All important questions, but none so fascinating that this sign could not stir some curiousity in you! Last you remember, you'd been walking. Headed nowhere fast with your feet as your guide. It's the sign that brings you back to Earth, and it's almost as if you'd been day dreaming until now. Seems you'd taken a wrong left turn somewhere and come to be, as the Maku Maku call it, 'dirt-roaded'. The surroundings are unfamiliar to you, it appears as if you're in some sort of fantasy land. There are castles on the horizon and critters abound, but the only real lead you have is this sign with a fantastically flashy arrow.

Your feet don't like this lingering! They practically begin moving themselves in the direction of the arrow! Practically? No. They're definitely doing it. They'll lead you into a fabulous castle and directly to the court of the Mistress.

She greets you with a grin, and it's terribly offputting, you wait with bated breath for some sort of clarification, perhaps some assistance in your time of need...

apprenticewanted is a panfandom Jamjar set in the universe of the NSFW comic OGLAF. While there will be heavily sexual themes and sexual events, this is both a fantasy and a smut themed game!

The world of Oglaf is very much like a compilation and parody of fantasy and fairy tales. Your characters have been summoned by the sorceress known as The Mistress in order to liven things up a little. She will take everyone as an apprentice in order to humiliate them allow them to learn magic, but characters may opt out of their apprenticeship and take to the surrounding village. They will be stripped of their powers, but may gain them back through events of both a sexual and magical nature!

General Game Info

luceti is a journal-based game, known as "the game with the wings". It is a jamjar based on the premise of characters being suddenly trapped within an enclosure known as Luceti, where everyone has a pair of (non-flying) wings and a barcode on their necks. They're watched over by the morally ambiguous organization known as the Malnosso, who run experiments that usually are the cause of in-game events. It is largely considered to be slice-of-life but with openings for player plots, and there is also an ongoing plot which involves the war ravaging in the world outside the enclosure. It is considered to be a medium-paced game (with a spike during events which are usually monthly), and the AC is 30 comments over a one-month period every two months that can be split between three sources (posts and threads).

Welcome to the Warehouse.
The Agents of the Warehouse have been tasked with keeping the world safe from dangerous Artifacts. They travel the world, searching for these objects with mystical powers, and bring them back to the Warehouse for safe storage. Unfortunately, not everyone believes Artifacts should be tucked away and out of the hands of the general public. And some wish to take down the Warehouse altogether.

An Artifact has been broken in two – on accident or on purpose, the Agents haven’t yet figured out. What is clear is that when the Artifact was broken, it tore a hole in the barriers between this reality and all the other universes that exist.

In its broken state, this Artifact has started pulling people from their universes into this one. Innocent lives, ripped from their home, out of space and out of time, with no way back until the Agents find the missing half of the Artifact and make it whole again.

Worse, it seems someone is bent on making not only the Agents’ lives difficult, but the lives of all these people now in the Agents’ care as well. The Agents are scrambling to find the broken part of the Artifact and fix the tear between universes. They are doing all that they can, but it might not be enough.

To all those the Artifact has pulled to this universe, let us just say: Welcome to the Warehouse.

About the Game:

Maison De Portes is a pan-fandom survival horror/mystery game. The potential for death and harm to come to your characters is almost guaranteed. The game is prose-only, with a very easy activity check. We have multiple story paths, with endings to be decided by the actions of the characters. For decades, eons, the City of Sin had been warred over. Forces that called themselves "good" and forces that called themselves "evil" gathered unwilling armies and populated the City with those who would become their soldiers. They believed that only one side could win, in the end.

They were wrong.

The soldiers in that army existed as they always had, even when battered by forces beyond their comprehension - they lived their lives and held on to their humanity, even in adversity. Even with dire temptations placed in their path. Even with their darkest, basest urges being brought to light. But neither did they become warriors of triumph and purity and pull down the walls of the city, defeating their capturing deities.

In the end, it was a tie. The only winner was flawed, frail, unconquerable humanity in all its shapes and species, and the living beings of the City of Sin unknowingly chose to remodel the reality of the City that had become theirs in their own image as it is remade...for the next round in an eternal battle.

City of Sin is a panfandom community-based game on Dreamwidth. You know how rivers all lead to the ocean? Throughout the universe are Time Rivers, vast flowing amounts of energy leading to and from different universes, piercing the barriers between them. Unfortunately, somehow, you ended up too close to one of the Time Rivers that leads here, the Dead Space. In the Dead Space lies the Station, the last remains of a once proud race. The Station just so happens to be the only civilization for countless light years, and there is no way out of the Dead Space. All the Time Rivers seem to lead in, but none lead out.

The Station is massive, run entirely by a small few and the Station's computer system, and the lone civilization in the Dead Space that seems to be otherwise completely inhospitable - planets with cannibal civilizations, unbreathable atmospheres, horrible creatures, and more. But since people started showing up on the Station, things have gotten more and more strange. Ripples of energy have crossed the Station more than once, and each time, something has gone terribly wrong, or at least, gone weird. Changing minds and bodies, bringing items and people only to take them away, spilling blood.

Bring yourself, bring your ship, bring your companion... but you'll never leave the Dead Space without help from the Station, and it and its people will never survive without you.

thestation is a panfandom, jamjar style science-fiction game set far into the future in a universe where all canons come together. The game's plot is a deep mystery, waiting for players to discover more and more of it through interaction and investigation. Each character will be given a unique scenario upon acceptance of their application of their waking situation when they appear at the Station. T H E N E M E T O N
To every pack of werewolves there is a Druid emissary. The Druids are advisors, masters of the mystical, and they worship and perform rituals at a sacred space known as a Nemeton. In Beacon Hills, the Nemeton was a great tree chosen to represent the center of the world, now hacked down into a giant stump. The Nemeton was dormant for a long time, but a ritual performed by a desperate trio of teenagers would charge it with power. Once charged, it turned into a magnet, drawing the supernatural to it like a beacon. 



Your character, whether supernatural in origin or completely ordinary, was brought to Beacon Hills by the Nemeton. Chances are that one moment they were in their own world and the next they were waking up next to an imposing tree stump. They couldn’t explain it, but they were drawn out of the woods and into town, gradually finding their way to an apartment complex on instinct alone. Their final destination is an apartment with a key in the locked front door. The key has a tag with their name on it. Turn the key and your character has found their new home. It’s sparsely furnished, but has everything they need including a tablet device that will connect them to a network of people in similar situations. 


Now that they’re here, they’re probably here for good. They can spend their time trying to find their way home, trying to communicate with the Nemeton, or just trying to adjust to a new life. It’s up to you.

You open your eyes and see you’re in a giant winged egg-like building, in a world completely different from your own home. Smiling women are here to greet you, cheerfully handing you a journal and chirping encouragements to write to those you know. From the doorway, you can smell the sea, hear the wind in the trees, see the long road sprawling out to meet a little city before you. It’s almost peaceful, even though when you try to step out, you’re blocked from leaving by a powerful force. Outside, the world seems bright and warm, and the voices behind you are cheerful. But still, you cannot leave.

Kiseki is a comm-based, slice-of-life jamjar game, with a small and friendly playerbase! We have 17 players and 45 characters and always hoping for more. The setting is light-hearted with occasional underlying creepiness (think Outo Country in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle or cursed Storybrooke in Once Upon a Time), and we have player-run plots and game-wide events regularly.

We are a CLAMP-inspired game that just very recently OPENED TO PANFANDOM so we now accept almost any canon, not just CLAMP series! The setting has been updated to reflect CLAMP-themes, but accessible enough for canon-blind appers. We’re great for minor, underappreciated CLAMP series and characters as well as the popular ones – and now, hopefully, for other series beyond just CLAMP! Right now we have a growing Once Upon a Time cast, as well as a growing BBC Merlin cast, and Vampire Knight cast, and would of course love other canons in that vein – such as Disney movies, Kingdom Hearts (we have an Aqua planning to return soon who would love castmates), or Sailor Moon – or other new canons not already in game!

Reserves are always open and last for a week. The application itself is simple (no third person!). Game pace can be fast for a small game (during events, usually) but overall is slow to medium-paced. The playing style tends more towards comment-spam rather than prose-writing and the game-pace and player-base is casual and laid back. Comments are usually comment-spam, everyone is very backtag friendly, and our bi-monthly AC is low-pressure.

Welcome to the afterlife! That's right, you're dead as dead can be. Your body's probably buried or burned or eaten or whatever happened to you back home, and now you're here. Stuck until you overcome whatever it was in your life that's keeping you going after death. Everyone has their own traumas, their own regrets, and their own thing to move past. The fact is, you're all stuck together in the same place: a strange high school, surrounded by inhuman things that those who used to be alive seem to call "NPCs" as though this were some kind of video game. They act like nothing's wrong, but you know the truth, and so do the other deceased around you. The worst part is that even in this place designed for you to make peace with your life and to move on peacefully, it seems like something's gone wrong. Something's gone very wrong.

There are shadows. Amongst the average school life, it seems like these shadows are the exact opposite of average. If they touch you, if they take you that's it. You're screwed, and you're going to become just like one of those NPCs until someone finds a way to get you back. With a mysterious man known only as the Programmer and a reprogrammed NPC operating the Angel Player system with what's very clearly not the best interest of the rest of the humans in mind, how will you overcome the new trials of the afterlife? lastvoyages is highly focused on character development and interactions. It's set on a physics-defying barge in unknown space, where everyone on board is either an inmate or a warden. Wardens are there to redeem inmates in exchange for absolutely anything! The Admiral fulfills their deal once they graduate an inmate. Deals can range from something as simple as wealth and riches to something as selfish (and/or noble) as the return of a deceased loved one. Inmates have died or are near death (canonically or under an invented circumstance), and are in need of a second chance: they get that opportunity on the Barge. The game is of a medium size and pace, journal based with an easy AC, with several small game wide events a month. Space, that final frontier, is where many dream of finding exotic places, new peoples, and a different and more exciting way of life. Unless you were from a time and place where nobody had any idea what those sparkly dots were up there, but even then I bet you wondered.

Of course, none of that prepared you for waking up one morning, not in your bed, but in a random crate smelling of pet dander and ribbon candy. Or a cramped closet with stiletto heels poking you in the back. Or, if you were really unlucky, crammed in a freezer along with somebody's ice pops. After avoiding death by embarrassing suffocation, you'll get treated to your first look at the flying junk heap that you'll now get to call home for an indeterminate amount of time.

Welcome to Outbound Flight! Your mission, according to the angry guy on the public address system, is to explore the furthest reaches of the universe and maybe found the perfect society. Armed with your wits, your skills, and the nifty involuntary tattoo you got somewhere between when you arrived and when you woke up, it's up to you to decide if you'll aid this mission of exploration or hide in your quarters making space moonshine. For many thousands of years, the Nysgods have quietly existed in their solitary kingdom, untouched and virtually unknown to outsiders. The Nysgods are a peaceful people, deeply invested in magic and science. Until now, they have always kept to themselves, separate from the strife that has plagued the mortal realms.

Today, things are changing.

Tristan, the Nysgod prince, has come of age and he must choose a partner from among the mortal races. In an effort to aid him in this task, the Grasp was created.

Part shadow, part magic, part technology, the Grasp has begun drawing people into the city of Dagaz from all worlds and times touched by the Nysgod people. Your race, gender, age, and species are of no importance. If the Grasp finds something interesting in you, if it thinks you might be a suitable partner for Prince Tristan, you will be found.

Throne of Shadows is a panfandom RPG with a slant toward high fantasy and science fiction, with interactions that will take place in both log and network formats. Taking place in the mythical city of Dagaz, the game guides players through the twists and turns of Nysgod politics as the shocking past of the realm is slowly revealed.

While there is an over-arching metaplot that will be revealed in stages, Throne of Shadows is also a player plot friendly game, allowing players to create their own shenanigans within the confines of the story. We are smut-friendly, although not smut-centric.

These are the words whispered in your head as you wake up to unfamiliar surroundings. If they don't stick, never fear — they're also inscribed on a stone at the base of the crumbling fountain in the town square. What town square, you ask? Well, perhaps you haven't fully noticed yet. Take a look around.

This isn't your home.

Welcome to Isla Empieza, a port town in this pirate inhabited world you're going to be living in for awhile. It probably doesn't look like much, with its old cobblestone roads and weather-beaten buildings, but it does have a harbor with plenty of ships. The locals here will set you up with one, or at least help you get a room at the inn, but beyond that you'll find they keep to themselves. That should suit you fine, because you probably won't be staying in this town for too long.

The famed gem in question was once called the Piedra Roja, and having it in your possession is the only way you're going to be able to get back home.

So get a ship, find a crew, and take to the seas. There is endless ocean to sail, countless islands to explore, and a myriad of adventures to be had. The shards of the Piedra Roja could be anywhere, after all. Finding them won't be so easy. And remember...

High Seas is a panfandom RPG that is a one part mod-controlled events (treasure hunts! sea beast attacks! a ticked off Naval force!), a couple parts slice of life (on a ship!), and many, many parts create your own adventure! In this mythical pirate world, the only preexisting city is Isla Empieza. Once you set sail from the island it's located on, the world is your oyster! Where your ship goes, the islands it discovers, all of this is up to you. You have total control over the types of places you want your character to visit.

As for why you're here, well, it seems Davy Jones is up to his old tricks. He's always looking for more unsuspecting sailors to drag down to his locker. You can blame him for pulling you into his chaotic world, and whatever curses befall this place? Those are also his fault.

Okay, no, that's not what happens. Life goes on, just as it always has, but you can't seem to get the internet to leave you alone. Maybe you don't even know what internet is! There's just this really strange duck perched on your computer screen, in your book, taking over your mirror, and it's accompanied by a magical internet community called Drama Drama Duck.

The name might be a little confusing, but it looks like there are other people on this website. Sometimes it'll start recording you unexpectedly, sometimes it will be there for you when you're having a tough time, sometimes it'll straight-up screw with you.

The Community, as it's known by its userbase, is a cross-universe blogging website that won't go away until your character uses it and interacts with other characters from other series (worlds). It looks like Dreamwidth and acts like Dreamwidth, but it's connected to the worlds of multiple canons and allows your characters to meet new people from other universes while still going through canon events. Avert unfortunate events, make your character's life better (or worse) by interacting with other characters, or even just have your character's life ruined by monthly events and viruses!

Calling all school idols! The Love Live cast at bravenewworld is looking for the rest of the members of μ's. We are a relatively new cast, but don't let that scare you away. Our plans are to have the group perform around Union and Caldera, as well as participate in Pokémon Contests.
