Hatofuls! I'm not canon-familiar with the others, but they all sound like fun. Have you considered wethelost? It's a CRAU game based around raising a young god and developing the world the characters have found themselves in. It's mostly Slice of Life, but there's an overarching plot related to raising the young god, and events run the gamut from silly to horror. No powerloss (excepting godlike, insta-kill powers), no memory loss, and while there's no forced humanization, there is the possibility for characters to experience it by wishing for a body modification to a new species.
