Ohoho is that a Togami I see? And some Ace Attorney characters. rubycity_rp might fit the bill for you; it's comm-based, slow-to-medium paced (picking up a lot more during events, as is usual), with a very friendly playerbase and a little something for everyone. It's got a few horror elements but plenty of room to just chill and develop character, and it's currently undergoing some exciting rehauling plot-wise.

Obviously I'm gonna make the puppy eyes at you for Dingus Roombas (and you'd have Kuzuryuu and Nanami from SDR2 as castmates; we don't currently have anyone from the first DR in game), but I know our AA cast is super-welcoming to castmates. And to everyone!

For Togami, I can offer up havenrpg! It's medium-fast, but it's comm based (split into two: we have a log comm and a network comm), and has manageable AC - you need either thirty comments from you split in any way over three threads (10, 10, 10 OR 25, 3, 2, whatever you want!) OR a post/log by you + 5 comments in 1 other thread. Haven's a horror game, where characters are trapped in Haven - there's an overarching plot, and our apps next open in October (we're in the middle of a month-long anniversary event) so you'd have plenty of time to think about it/test drive/what have you.

In terms of cast, we have Sonia here from Super Dangan Ronpa 2 as well as a Hinata, and then in Dangan Ronpa 1 we have Junko Enoshima, Sayaka Maizono, and Leon Kuwata. We also have Yasuke Matsuda from Dangan Ronpa zero!

thebastion hits all of your wants (except for AU, we allow AUs to be apped in, but the game itself is not an AU game), AND we have a huge pokemon cast! We've got Hilda and N from the black/white games, and then AZ, Calem, and Red from other games.
