Have you looked at teleios? We've got an Annabeth and a Leo there. It meets all of your requirements. I think it might be perfect for any of yours but particularly Jason.

Looks interesting! I've noticed people on my Plurk timeline posting about the game lately. I'll make sure to poke at them and get more of a feel for it.
