Offering: Abigail "Fetch" Walker
Fandom: inFamous Second Son

I'm looking to play evil karma Fetch from inFamous Second Son somewhere. She's a little unstable, but she's also got a little bit of charm. I'd like for her to keep her powers since it's a big part of her identity, so she needs an urban setting with neon on hand. Any help is appreciated.

- MUST have access to neon signage somewhere in the setting

maybe you could consider taking a look at cerealia? it recently opened like, two weeks ago, and it fits the bill for every single one of those pings. it's essentially a scifi dystopia that will eventually develop into psychological horror as it progresses-- characters are brought in via something called the Nexus Code after their planet was destroyed by an alien race known as the Flamines, and they're kept in a futuristic city until the higher ups are able to figure out a way to stop the Flamines and restore their worlds. there's SOME power loss, but iirc characters are able to get their powers back by playing a VR game called ViViD.

bonus: there's neon galore.
