After having seen reality shatter and collapse around you, you sank into a void and found a Crystal. Afterward, you awakened before the Crystal of Fire in the city of Aqures Ixen, with your hand clutched on the very Crystal you found. As if it wasn't strange enough, your clothes changed as well. They are now a reflection of the Jobs you are wielding, mysterious powers granted to you by the Crystal. What does it all mean? Fear not, for you are surrounded by Moogles, small and fluffy creatures who are more than happy to inform you about everything you want to know.

They tell you that you are a Hero of Light! One of the legendary heroes who once fought the Calamity from the Skies and saved the world of Crystallis. Not believing it? Too bad, because people here do believe you are one of the legendary heroes. And the Moogle who told you all of that? Is now following you like your shadow. Will you follow what destiny these people have cast unto you? Or are you actually the very Calamity these people are afraid of? Whatever the answers are, you will have to pierce the secrets of this world if you desire to go home.

A Final Fantasy Panfandom RP

Melodies of Life is a Panfandom RP inspired by the Final Fantasy video game franchise. It is open to Canon Characters, Fandom AUs, OCs and Game Imports. Melodies of Life is a plot-centered game with a focus on adventure and exploration. Characters are stripped of their powers and given "Jobs" instead, mysterious powers granted to them by their Crystal. Up to two Jobs can be equipped at once and mastering them may be key to piercing the mystery of this world.

Each character gets a Moogle following them as well, who will help them handling Jobs and the network of this game, "Mognet", an advanced mail system.

What does it mean to be a hero?

Obviously you cannot just declare yourself one. The title of "hero" comes from actions and acknowledgement of others. But what if public support for you and your allies is waning? Will a hero still be one if people turn away from him?

SRWU is a small, multi-fandom crossover DWRP inspired by and named after Super Robot Wars, a popular franchise of turn based strategy games based around giant robot combat.

About the setting
In SRWU, the Earth Sphere is under attack - rampaging monsters, alien invaders, even human groups who pursue an agenda of hostile intent, all of those are threats to humanity. To combat those threats, a joint effort organisation was formed: Unity Group, controlled by no government and with relatively small internal structure. Despite initial scepticism, it quickly produced results by acting wherever an intervention was needed, whenever bad guys had to be stopped.

But with the good comes the bad, and poor actions of several affiliated members, in addition to at least one alien spy infiltrating Unity Group's ranks, caused popular support for the organisation to decrease. Will the group prevail despite rocky times that await it?

About the game
In SRWU, player characters are members of Unity Group or its allies. Their canons become an integral part of the setting, and the canons' events play out during the course of the game as opposed to having finished "offscreen" (though that too is an option if the player desires).

An important part of the game are "missions", events that are played out in real time using instant messengers such as AIM. A mission represents a combat encounter between player characters and some kind of foe, the latter controlled by a mod responsible for running the mission. Missions are always scheduled well in advance.

About applications
Applications are currently and always open. SRWU accepts characters from all kinds of giant robot canons, media and obscurity do not matter. Non-mecha canons can also be accepted if they fit thematically. Players are not limited to app'ing characters into existing canons - you are welcome and encouraged to apply with a totally new canon not present in the game yet, and if accepted it will become part of the setting.

Original characters are allowed.

The game currently has no activity rules. This may change if it grows significantly larger and if player inactivity becomes a problem.

Forest Covered is a panfandom slice of life RPG taking a loose base from world mythologies, folklores, and the body of work of Studio Ghibli; particularly Spirited Away.

Existing on another plane of reality are many hundreds of cities catering to the unseen world of spirits. These cities are vast and strange, in many ways familiar, but inhabited mostly by creatures from folklore and myth. Most of them do not actually live in the cities for long, instead passing through them on their way to new places in the human world to call home, or just visiting for a vacation. In fact, the cities are quickly evolving into massive tourist spots, and spirits are just eating it up! Sometimes literally.

Of course, the problem with rapid expansion is the need for more labour. Lesser spirits are numerous, but projecting the image of an exotic getaway calls for something new. That's where you come in.

You aren't the first and you won't be the last taken from outside the spirit realm and put to work here, in the growing city of Koriko. Don't worry, though; the witch that runs the island picked you because you have a debt to pay. Just by working here, she'll absolve your debt and grant you a little favour in return. Just sign your name away and you'll be put to work serving the vacationing spirits.

Oh, you want to know how long it will take to pay off your debt? Well, that's up to you isn't it? You read the fine print...

In times past, it is said humanity was great. Rulers of the land and seas and skies, we bound the very gods to our service and our people flourished. But the gods did not appreciate such arrogance. Brave New World is a community-based AU Pokémon game focused around exploration, discovery, and plot. In the distant past, the Legendary Pokémon lead armies to destroy the human civilization that had long enslaved them. Now, 500 years later, the remaining human civilizations are once again connecting, although not always on friendly terms. The players take on the role of citizens of the city of Union, and their objective is to once again expand the knowledge and civilization of the human race while avoiding the sins of the past.

A slow-to-medium paced game with an over-arching plot, events take place roughly every month. In addition to this, we encourage players to suggest and run player plots, as well as help influence the world that their characters inhabit.

Welcome, Fellow Traveler! The elevator pitch: Exiles meets Diana Wynne Jones’ Homeward Bounders. If you’re familiar with Sliders or Quantum Leap, there’s a bit of that too.

Synodiporia is an AU-hopping panfandom exploration game where ‘event’ and ‘setting’ are one and the same. Unknown entities have gathered a group of people from across the multi-verse, and sent them on a long, strange journey together, crashing into one world after another, meddling in local affairs, and then whisking them off again. In each world some of the travelers are ‘investigators,’ conscious of the fact that they’re new arrivals in a foreign dimension, and some are ‘infiltrators,’ believing themselves to be natives, immersed in local customs, with implanted memories of a life that never was.

As the travelers progress from world to world, they learn new skills - from the natives or from one another. In prohibition-era Brooklyn, gangsters might teach someone how to shoot a tommy gun. In a fantasy kingdom, you might pick up a little wizardry. A PC from the Persona franchise might teach you how to unlock your own Persona, no matter what canon you’re from. You can also learn to manipulate the psychic network linking everyone together, gaining telepathic or dimensional manipulation abilities. As you change the worlds, the worlds change you.

We accept all original characters as well as alternate universe and previous game versions of characters, and under certain conditions, we also can accept multiple versions of the same character. When you apply, your character can be new to Traveling, or a veteran who’s been doing this for quite some time. More information about veteran Travelers can be found on the Previous Universes & Acquiring Skills pages, as well as suggestions for introing a veteran character here.

Besides that, there will be additional mini-events in pocket universes, player plots, dream explorations, Shadow Selves… and the ongoing investigation into the mysterious forces that drew you here. You’re pawns in a game spanning time and space, but a pawn who advances far enough can make big changes, and there are plenty of secrets to uncover.

Synodiporia’s next app round is from January 1st to January 7th. We have a cap of 100 characters, however we currently have about 50 characters, so we have plenty of room for new faces! We do not currently have reserves, but we highly recommend if you are interested in applying to post to the test drive and get to know some of our current characters.

In the light of a reborn world...

The Great Turtles formed the lands of the world and gave rise to a powerful and advanced civilization that flourished across the three realms of Life, Death and Dreaming. This world fell out of balance due to the influence of Malicant, the Dark Enemy, until the very Planes themselves fractured. A war was waged across centuries and lands until finally the Enemy was defeated by a group of brave Foreigners, pulled from other realms. But the aftereffects of that terrible conflict left the surviving heroes of stranded in the Dreaming for a year. Now Tu Vishan, known to its residents as 'Asti', drifts between the Planes. Those who still live in the city Keeliai upon its back no longer know if it’s alive or dead, or where they will end up when--if!--it ever makes landfall.

In the wake of Malicant's defeat, the kedan have taken back both their identities and the city of Keeliai in the merged Dreaming and Life Planes. The battle was not without its cost, and many of the former leading figures were lost: the Alderwood Emperor Evandau, the merchant Lieuen, and the magician Evastelei, who sacrificed herself to retrieve the Foreigners from the Dreaming before they were lost for good. The hatchling turtles, the last offspring of their cosmic race, were forced to abandon their home and return to the seas of Konryu, and their exact whereabouts are unknown.

The old guard has fallen, paving the way for a new era.

Three major family factions -- the mafia-like Snakes, the reclusive Woodsmen, and the industrious Metalworkers -- have risen into power while the Foreigners were absent. They now dominate the city with a power struggle that has spawned new allegiances, new technology, and new threats to be faced. Meanwhile, the other nations of Konryu, no longer united by the threat of Malicant, have turned their eyes to Tu Vishan, looking to take its prominence and resources for themselves.

The Foreigners who remain on Tu Vishan, and those who now find themselves arriving through tears in the fabric of the realms, must forge a new path for themselves in a world who does not believe it needs them any longer. How will they choose to be involved in the rebuilding of Keeliai? Will some take this opportunity to make a niche for themselves in the complicated political arena, or in the secretive black market? Will they discover the fate of Asti, who Malicant claimed to have destroyed centuries ago?

smashacademy is a comm-based Super Smash Brothers "High School" game. We accept video game canons ONLY and we accept SOME DUPLICATES. Our game is medium-small, pace is slow to moderate but picks up during events. We highly encourage player plots and there's also moderator-run events as well. Despite the "school" setting, we offer plenty of action, adventure, humor, drama and of course, LOTS OF BRAWLING! Smash is not jam-jar (Have you ever wanted to see Ganondorf visit Hocotate? You can make it happen here...), powers are not nerfed, "humanization" of animal characters is your choice and you can switch freely between the two.

Activity checks here are extremely relaxed and happen quarterly. Player check-ins happen every month there isn't an activity check!

❀ Kiseki is panfandom slice-of-life jamjar game set in the separate world of Miracle Country, a series of islands with all kinds of magical mishaps and circumstances. It seems a pleasant enough place, aside from some underlying creepiness (think Outo Country in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle or cursed Storybrooke in Once Upon a Time).

❀ Kiseki is a CLAMP inspired (meaning series such as Card Captor Sakura, X/1999, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, and Magic Knight Rayearth – just to name a few), but no prior knowledge of the manga-ka is necessary to join – it’s great for both CLAMP enthusiasts and canon-blind appers.

❀ Kiseki has both game-wide events and player-run plots, with events tending to run on at least a monthly basis, ranging in themes from fluffy/shippy to more action/plot-heavy events. Events are also replayable, within reason, inviting more character-driven plotting. (Check out here and here for examples of our events, both fluffier and more action-packed!)

Welcome to the Warehouse.
The Agents of the Warehouse have been tasked with keeping the world safe from dangerous Artifacts. They travel the world, searching for these objects with mystical powers, and bring them back to the Warehouse for safe storage. Unfortunately, not everyone believes Artifacts should be tucked away and out of the hands of the general public. And some wish to take down the Warehouse altogether.

An Artifact has been broken in two – on accident or on purpose, the Agents haven’t yet figured out. What is clear is that when the Artifact was broken, it tore a hole in the barriers between this reality and all the other universes that exist.

In its broken state, this Artifact has started pulling people from their universes into this one. Innocent lives, ripped from their home, out of space and out of time, with no way back until the Agents find the missing half of the Artifact and make it whole again.

Worse, it seems someone is bent on making not only the Agents’ lives difficult, but the lives of all these people now in the Agents’ care as well. The Agents are scrambling to find the broken part of the Artifact and fix the tear between universes. They are doing all that they can, but it might not be enough.

You awaken to what you believe could be the worst possible headache you've ever felt -- the blinding white that surrounds you is definitely not helping matters, either.

After what feels like several long minutes (which is really nothing more than a few seconds), you're able to manage looking around. You note that you're in a room of all white. A quick glance tells you that the room contains...well...nothing more than a bed, chair, and 5ft x 5ft box. This isn't where you remember falling asleep--

Well, the strange metallic taste in your mouth--or, more importantly, the odd buzzing in your ears--is doing nothing to clue you in.

Anyway, back to what you woke up with. As far as you can tell, the most important item in the box appears to be the device. And, according to a rather cheerful voice, it seems to be the only way out of here. Not only that, but it says it's the only way you'll be able to transport from city-to-city. First things first, however...

What's with the incredibly strange thing attached to your ear?! No matter how hard you fight to remove it, all you're managing to do is make your head hurt more...

After making your way out to some unique-looking hallways, you come to a stomach-sinking realization. You're, apparently, in a mostly abandoned insane asylum. As you make your way into an incredibly large and empty white room, the device speaks up. Loudly. It seems pretty set on suggesting three numbers:

What do these numbers even mean? Well, no matter how many times you ask, the stupid thing's completely silent as it awaits...something...

We are a panfandom, mostly horror game that accepts nearly all levels of experience. The plots will range from horror to complete "crack" (AKA comical). We will allow all levels of violence, and sex is going to be permitted (though, only with a proper rating of logs).

You throw your fists at the enclosed doors, shouting for help, but then you stop. Suddenly, the elevator screen turns on, featuring a strange figure in a gas mask. "Consider this a privilege. You have been chosen." A rasping voice speaks out of the gas mask, cold, mechanical, and distorted. "You are going to participate in an experiment." "The 【 Nonary Game 】." "It is a game... where you will put your life on the line." Vivarium is a panfandom AU/memory-loss game, based off a 3DS/Vita game called Virtue's Last Reward. No prior knowledge of the Zero Escape series is necessary, and the game has its own original plot line. The game focuses heavily on escape, exploration of a trapped enclosure, the prisoner's dilemma, teamwork, and the concepts of trust and betrayal. IMPORTANT NOTE: We currently have 2 slots open, as the game caps at 12 players. It's been nearly two hundred years since the domes were built to protect the people of Verdana in their Great War against their sister planet, Antiqua. It's been nearly two hundred years since catastrophe felled two of the great domes, and sparked a plague that ultimately claimed billions of lives. Though much of the area ravaged by disease has been reclaimed, some portions remain uninhabitable, surrounded by a quarantine line. The no-man's land surrounding this line is known as the outer_divide.

Over time, the survivors began to band together and rebuild their society. Many of those most dedicated to retaking the plague-ravaged lands live in either the city of Poseidon, or the Old City outpost north of it. It's here that an ancient space ship crashed, nearly a hundred years after the catastrophe. From that ship newcomers emerged who would change everything.

Outer Divide is a panfandom sci-fi open world game. We accept characters from all mediums, as well as AUs, Fandom OCs, and Original Characters.

After new arrivals awaken in the ship they are free to explore the entire planet of Verdana. The only places they'll have difficulty entering are the Plagued Lands, and the remaining domed cities. The Outer Inhabitants are still rebuilding, and aside from the quarantine line, most of the technologies remaining resemble those of 20th and 21st century Earth.

Much of the world has become overgrown and filled with wildlife. The majority of the animals are similar to those found on Earth, including many extinct or mythical creatures. It's not unheard of to cross paths with a dinosaur in the wilderness.

Cyclicality, based on the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra @ cyclicality

Cyclicality is a new, community-based game based on the world of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra, set after the third book of The Legend of Korra. Players have the option to AU their characters to fit the setting or to have their character remain OU and pulled in via the Spirit World. Interactions are meant to be mainly face-to-face, and although the Avatar world is pretty huge, things are shifting to allow for fast-travel to select locations so characters are trapped and suffocated within the city. In the latest plot, spirits caused some problems in the city, but triads caused even bigger problems. Republic City truly is a magnet for trouble, but if the characters work together, they might manage a peaceful life! ...Maybe!

Characters, if apped AU, will have the opportunity to app in as having the heritage of one of the four nations or as being born in Republic City. Players have the choice of making them a bender or non-bender, although subsets and advanced subsets have a few prerequisites in order to be used. For characters who are apped as OU, they will be stripped of any powers they have. There are two plots planned in the foreseeable future which will enable characters to either recover their lost abilities or to acquire bending instead.

The three year gap leaves a lot of room for plotting. Depending on what characters do, the game can end up as a parallel to book 4 of The Legend of Korra, or it can become something different. There are all sorts of roles to fill, from Equalists in hiding to Red Lotus sleeper agents. What role will your character fill? Will they try and make a difference? To better the world and move it forward?

Sunshineverse Premise

sunshineverse isn't quite what that word would immediately imply. The word normally brings to mind fluffy kittens and warm summer days. While many things appear to be much brighter, happier, and dare say it, better in places when compared to the dark, abyssal background of canon... that isn't entirely true.

Where there is sunshine, there are shadows, and let it not be forgotten that sunshine burns.

Drastic changes from Naruto canon seem to be good in theory: in Konoha, Uchiha Obito was saved by the Yondaime Hokage and lives on as Hokage of Konoha after his mentor's retirement. Because of this, the Kyuubi was never released on Konoha and the Uchiha never rebelled. They instead thrive within the village and continue to protect the peace. A please that is so much further flung than simply Konoha at this point in the story. There is a solid, cooperative truce between the Five Great Nations, one which has been in place for years.

However, turmoil churns underneath, and five countries are not the entire world. That is not to say that the old regime, and all its problems, is gone however. In Suna, the Yondaime Kazekage was never murdered and still presides over Sunagakure. In Kiri, because the bloodline massacres never came to pass, Yagura has not been overthrown. And hidden away in Otogakure, Orochimaru thrives in full-health, having never had his arms nor powers sealed by Hiruzen.

Is it any surprise that these are a poor mix which is putting the whisper of bloodlust in the ears of those who felt they were deprived their fair share when the Kage nations decided to make peace? No, it's no surprise at all. It would just take a single last spark to set off the Fourth Great Shinobi War, a war which would surpass all others and engulf the entire world in a brutal, deadly fire.

For your character, this could mean a game of politics, battles, secretive missions, and deadly alliances, all leading to the cautious shaping of Sunshine's future. Or, so long as these broiling undertones remain beneath the surface, unsparked, daily life may go on as normal in the warming sunshine of this apparent peace.

Ninja characters will be in prime position to affect the pull of politics and war, while civilian characters are more likely to be successful at avoiding these intricacies if they so choose. Then again, civilians are the cause of many a mission, are they not? Wars have begun over less, and insults are sometimes far too easy to pay. Politics are confined to no one, if you so wish to involve yourself in them. The general world tension is part of the overarching mod plot, which the players are kept generally apprised of, but the player-characters will, through their choices and actions, determine the intensity of this plotted course.

Sunshineverse is panfandom that accepts both original characters and minor characters. The reason for this is simple. The changes to the history mean that there is a lot more room for characters, who would by all accounts be 'dead' in the canon Naruto universe, to exist. Even if they were never from this canon in the first place.

Every character that steps into this game, even Naruto characters, will undergo a back-story overhaul, as decided by their player, to fit the Alternate Timeline of this setting. So if you ever wanted to see what your character would be like if they were a ninja, a shopkeeper, or perhaps a nobleman in a Daimyo's house... well, here's your chance.

Sunshineverse Details
As the above summary probably showed, we are sort of a mixing pot of genres, but Adventure and Intrigue are probably the closest definitions you'll get, since we have everything from active combat missions, to huge shonen plot possibilities, and even slice of life on the table.

Any fandom can be applied for, and if there are any questions about how to convert character powers between fandoms, the mods are always happy to answer them. OCs can be created for the world, or converted to the world, just as any fandom character, no matter how minor, can be, and we'll treat them all equally.

The pace is currently about medium-slow, and we have a 1:1 day ratio... but in it will be up to our players if the speed picks up. We hope to see you there!

A failed invention, a miscalculation, one tiny error... A dimension made from a sinkhole in space and time, a collection of so many pieces of when and where, unstable and ever shifting. So easy to fall in, much harder to get out. The scientists responsible for the mistake tried to set things right, to stabilize the world, but it's so much more difficult to fix something than to break it. As time went on, places and creatures and beings--many of them billions of years and universes apart--fell into the artificial dimension. Some integrated, adopting their surroundings as their new home, others didn't take so lightly to having their existences so altered... As more time passes, knowledge is lost and gained and power shifts among those who come and go, but the struggle to find a way home--or to remain in the world they've found peace in--is an ever-present challenge.	adstringendum is a slow-to-medium paced game set in a ruined, post-apocalyptic city. Even the safe parts of the city aren't as safe as one might hope, and regular (usually bi-monthly) events can make things even more difficult - or at least more interesting. The events can range from light-hearted to very dark, but usually Adstringendum's genre is post-apocalyptic survival with some horror elements. The setting recently had a complete overhaul, so characters are beginning anew. We are community-based, and while we don't allow AUs or canon OCs, most other characters are welcome. We are now accepting CRAUs. We've been around for awhile, and we're very welcoming to new players! Reserves are currently open, and there is a test drive meme open as well. My Little Jamjar is a medium-paced pan-canon roleplay set in the universe of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic! Characters will find themselves as ponies (or even, perhaps, other native Equestrian species on occasion...), now living in the town of Ponyville. Will they befriend the natives? Get comfortable and stay awhile? Or decide to just focus on solving the dark mysteries that have arisen related to the universe-absorbing creature known as Calice? MLJ is best described as a mostly SoL game with a more serious over-arching modplot and varied player plots.

Waking up somewhere new isn't that surprising anymore for you, is it? Not when you are the lost. You've done more than this: battled monsters, awakened in new worlds and struggled to stay alive. You've done far more than The Being knows or will ever really know.

All The Being truly knows now is you are in need. The Being, Zephyr, sees you and knows you have no home.

This is why you're here. You need a home and Zephyr needs believers. Can you work together to build this world?

Characters will encounter the child god, Zephyr, face-to-face, help them learn, grow, and shape them into a full-fledged god. Zephyr has a name and a form, but they still have much left to figure out about themselves with the help of the characters they bring in. There are also several other gods who occasionally look in on the Meadous and have a tendency to meddle.

Mod-run events occur roughly once a month and range from silly (e.g., a kite flying festival) to serious and dangerous (e.g., gods tampering with the negative emotions of characters).

Will your character come to accept the Meadous as their new home? Or perhaps try to find some means of escape? Or maybe they'll take advantage of the wishing pond. Zephyr can grant many desires, healing characters from their previous games, restoring magic and items, and much more.

Nothing. It seems like forever, then suddenly, there is light. You awaken in a tent structure; a tipi. Outside is a park filled with many other tipis all identical. All that are with you are the items you were carrying before you awoken here, a book, a pouch, and a device created to allow you to communicate with others in the city. The book may help you adjust to the city, if you care to read it. What you do next is up to you. The city is open and empty. The number of buildings are small and the roads that branch only partially through this large area often lead to nowhere. Where you go from here is up to you.

The multi-verse stands just as surely as people imagine it. Its inhabitants are beings so beyond our mortal scope and ability to behold that they are simply known as gods. We give them a great many names, and imagine them in a great many ways. The only thing everyone can agree on, for the most part, is that they exist. They are our creators, our caretakers, and most prominently, our game masters. We exist for their amusement, and have, from time to time, played parts in a great many of their games. As it stands, the city council and a single head administrator preside over one particular floor of the multi-verse. If you wish to understand more, they are the ones to speak to.

So now you are a pawn in a game. The game is oft spoken of, but never mentioned in detail. Reminders lay everywhere, and for those few that think their gods have abandoned them and left them to their own fate, there are reminders they are everywhere as well. This is a game after all, and all games need game pieces. Now, you are one.

3step_paradise is a panfandom roleplay set in the empty city of Paradise, a place where the gods play a game with player characters serving as their pawns. Characters can be brought into the game by their god without any explanation or even arrive on their own terms in some cases. The city isn't the only location, though: just outside the walls is the Outerland, a dangerous and unexplored landscape. What you may find out there could surprise you.

3Step has a laid-back, sandbox feel with monthly, optional events and an emphasis on world building and player-run plots. We're a small, tight-knit community that is paced on the slow-medium side and loves backtagging. We allow AUs, OCs, and even CR from other games. Activity check is once a month. empyreanskies is a jamjar game with room for plenty of player plots, mod run events, an overarching main plot, and slice of life shenanigans. We've got a small playerbase with LCW types to start and we're looking for even more to join the fun. The Bastion

Designed by talented mechanics, the Bastion was meant to be both a sanctuary and a defense mechanism at once. Should the world ever fall into war, the Bastion could be activated, giving refugees a safe place to flee to. The Bastion was meant to be self-monitoring, and could take care of all the needs of its population without any interference.

However, nobody expected the Calamity. Millions perished in the blink of an eye, and the world itself was torn to shreds. All that remains is the Skyway, a collection of floating lands that occupy the space once inhabited by an entire world. The Calamity was so terrible that the Bastion itself was damaged, and it lacks the power necessary to repair itself.

In order to repair the Bastion, characters will have to search for Cores on the Skyway. They provide the power necessary for the Bastion to repair itself, and each Core brings the Bastion one step closer to being 100% operational. Until then, everyone who survived the Calamity will have to work together to survive and keep the monsters of the Skyway out of the Bastion, or else the last sanctuary of mankind will fall to the horrors that lurk outside its borders.

The Bastion is a panfandom, plot-heavy game set in the world of Bastion with a focus on the consequences of choices made by the characters within the game. Characters will be able to shape the setting as they see fit, and ultimately it is up to them to repair the Bastion and make a new home for all living creatures. You do not have to have played Bastion to app into this game.

· Apps can be posted at any time, and they are processed every two weeks. Our next app date is January 3rd.
· While there are some slice-of-life elements in it, this is primarily a plot-driven game.
· There are survival elements to the game. Characters had to scavenge for supplies and look for survivors. The areas characters can search through expand with each plot-related event.
. In addition to the survival elements, the characters are also looking for information on why the Calamity happened, as well as how it happened.
· Game-wide events are designed to fit into the overarching plot of Bastion.
· Plot-related events happen once every four-to-six weeks. Smaller, mini-events happen in-between those.
· Actions characters take will have an effect on the game itself. Both positive and negative consequences can come from choices made.
· The game has a set ending point. There are several different possible endings to the game, depending on the choices characters make.
· Prior knowledge of Bastion is not necessary; all important terms and game locations are described on the information pages.
· Teamwork is required for survival.

The Institute is a pan-fandom, plot driven, alternate universe (AU) role playing game set in the world of Marvel's X-Men. Players fill the roles of students, faculty members and adjunct staff members, all of whom work together to keep the Xavier Institute active and running. Alongside school life drama, your characters will have to endure the harsh world of X-Men, where humans and mutants draw near the brink of war with each passing day. When you're stuck in the middle, will you hold your ground or take a side?
