The Warehouse hits most of your buttons! It's a panfandom game set in the Warehouse 13/Eureka universe (you don't have to be familiar with either show to join). It is comm-based, despite the link to the mod journal (that's just the easiest navigation link we have); we're also definitely on the slow side, and AC's five log comments or 10 network comments per month (that's total, not per character in the thread). It's also a modern-Earth setting, so that's the technology covered!

As far as castmates go, we have a pending app for Harry Potter himself, but that's it.

I would love a Luna or Draco (Neville might not agree with me on the Draco :P) at outer_divide. It's a small, slow paced (AC= 5 log comments over no more than two threads) comm based game. There's a whole world available to explore (including a crashed spaceship for the tech nerds) and a lot of room for characters to actually impact the plot.

Also, there are dinosaurs, who doesn't love dinosaurs?

Since AUs are okay, how about xavier_institute? We meet a lot of your requirements (sadly, no castmates) and can promise lots and lots of high tech. Plus there's the whole being a mutant with super powers thing. We're told that's a bonus.

You might take a look at sanctums for Arthur! Scifi setting, slow/medium paced, AC is 5 comments per month, events are happening quite a bit recently! The label on the tin says 'horror', but the player-plot driven nature of the game has directed us more into political intrigue than anything else. XD

We currently have a player itching to try Eames on our Test Drive if you wanted to give us a shot! :D
