forestcovered doesn't have any castmates, but it's a fun backtag friendly, slow to medium-paced game! It's loosely based on Spirited Away - characters sign a contract and come to work on a resort island for spirits, in exchange for fulfilling a wish once their debt is paid off.

havenrpg has a pretty sizeable Jojo cast, with both Josuke and part 3 Joseph -- I AM OF COURSE SUPER BIASED FOR KIRA, but Kars would be super awesome too. The game is medium-paced, it picks up during events but it's pretty easy to keep up with, and it's extremely backtag friendly! Characters retain their powers unless they have something particularly gamebreaking (to give an example, Crazy Diamond's fixing ability is capped, but its healing ability is 100% intact), and the game is pretty engaging in regards to plot and so on!

ECHOING THE DRIVEBY LOVE FOR JOJO VILLAINS

Hi, I play Killua at both box_network and cerealia and I'd love to have Hisoka at either one!

Box is a horror game based on Cabin in the Woods where characters are being used as subjects in a government conspiracy-esque ritual to appease elder gods by putting them through the death wringer. It has a slower pace and fits all your other requirements. There's currently also a Gon and Alluka there, too.

Cerealia is a sci-fi-ish game where characters are fished out of the remains of their broken universe and have to live under their benevolent game company corporate overlords as they try to figure out if there's a way to fix that whole broken universe thing. It's a bit faster paced and more slice of life and also fits all of your requirements. There's currently also a Kurapika and Leorio there with me.
