I'm sure apprenticewanted would love a Jack Harkness. It's a consent-based sex game with non-mandatory smut, low AC, small and slow-ish but trying to grow! It is based on the webcomic Oglaf and so is very lighthearted but definitely has had some intense events. The mods are working on some heavier plot details but at the moment it's pretty event-and-character based.
