We've already got some basketball anime characters in carvaka, so some other sporty characters would be interesting over here. This is a sex game with an overarching survival plot, and it's got a medium pace and is definitely backtag friendly. If smut/survival games interest you, then I hope you'd give this game a look.

If you don't mind AUs, xavier_institute is based on Marvel (specifically, X-Men), is pretty relaxed and backtag friendly, and it's pretty easy to be a lone canon warrior since AUs kind of blur those lines anyway.
