Hey, there! thegames is a slow to medium-paced, comm-based game based in the Hunger Games universe, but you don't need to know anything about the Hunger Games to play in it. In a nutshell, it's set in a dystopian future where the Orwellian government has been making poor children fight each other to the death for decades, and it's now chosen to, instead of supplying starving children for its gladiator games, start grabbing tributes from other universes to fight each other to the death. Characters can be canon or AUed into the setting, and the game is broken up into periods of arenas, where there's a lot of immediate plotting opportunities where people try to kill each other, and periods between arenas, where the characters are within the Capitol and can take part in a slow-burn rebellion plot.

At the moment, we have a canon Aang (that's me) and an Azula AUed into the setting, and we'd love a Sokka if you'd consider us. If you have any questions, just ask! And if you're not sure how you'd like the setting, we have a test drive right here!
