heyfreemagic seems to fit your requirements. (I'd personally consider the AC easy enough, though I'm not sure how most people would judge it.) Here's the premise, along with convenient links to the rules and so forth- the gist is your character is transplanted into Freesia and given magical powers in order fight against shadow monsters known as the Nox.

We don't have any castmates for you but our currently small player base has a couple of superhero-based characters, if that helps sweeten the deal.
