My main guideline after "ugh timelines" is variety, so I'm not terribly picky! My familiarity with the books is mostly limited to The Hobbit and LOTR, so I don't know how things would shake out with Fëanor and Elros, but Thranduil and Elrond would each be good starting points.

No surprise or worries there! The Silmarillion is...special. XD I have no problem sticking to Thranduil or Elrond.

The curse of everyone being flexible with plenty of good options strikes again. I have both an open RP post and a testing-specific post in my musebox, and a top-level in the latest iteration of the picture prompt meme if that's your style; there's also the winter meme and minor injury meme from the past week, or we could see what else gets posted in the next few days. If nothing presents itself, we can duke it out over whose post to use then.

No problem! It got late, it was the weekend, it happens.

I'm pretty torn myself, because both options present some fun-sounding possibilities, but since it looks like I've still got a thread going with Legolas patching Bard up, I think I'd like to balance it out and have him helping.
