Isn't that pretty much how it's supposed to be? I think in one of the DLC it's mentioned that Hawke is a lot like Malcolm... I could be wrong. I need to buy the DLC still.

She really does. And part of that is probably because she's more comfortable. Going along to the Circle wasn't entirely against her will, while becoming a Warden was.
Oooh that would be interesting! I always wanted to see Bethany again and was very sad it took so long.

Yep, but for some reason I found it distracting. Or maybe I'm just too fond of female Hawke. The DLC is really excellent, especially Legacy.

Yes, exactly. I think it was something of a relief to her, even if it was a new set of problems too. And yes, I missed her lots when she left. The game needed more Bethany. Anyway, I like this idea too. I have a musebox; shall we do something there, or elsewhere?

Maybe, who knows at this point. I've been too fond of male Hawke's scruffy face to try female Hawke yet so a bias is perfectly acceptable~ I have no room on my PS3 for any DLC but now that I own DA2 on Origin for screencapping Bethany to make my own icons I might invest in them. Since I can have her back for the DLC.

Yeah. It was a relief to not have to run anymore. It removed a lot of the complications from her life. Certainly more were added but she was offered relative freedoms in comparison due to family status...and I personally think to hold her security over Hawke's head... Anyway! I'm super not picky so we can thread anywhere! I have a musebox too, with a call me out post. I'll be able to link it when I'm not on campus tagging from my tablet.

Yes yes yes, all of that! I'll see if I can come up if a starter, I have an idea for how to begin. =) Hawke recovering from the duel and Bethany getting special permission to visit the city's Champion, something. Can't do it directly after the duel because I suspect she'd collapse and need lots of healing afterwards. (I do headcanon Hawke/Anders by default, btw, because the way I write Hawke she's primed for it, poor woman; hope that's okay). My musebox is over at faemused, or I'm happy to use your call me out post, either way. =)

Except what do we do with him once we've caught him? Hawke would probably ruffle his hair, solely because he'd hate it and she's awful like that sometimes.

No rush~ I'm happy to thread whenever~ that's definitely a plot I can work with though! (Oh no I don't mind at all~ I romanced Anders myself, and the gender of Hawke is just based on bias so it's not an issue regardless.)

Hugs? I feel like there should be hugs. Especially since my dream thread is basically like a parallel universes crossing sort of thing so Templar Carver and Circle mage Bethany getting to meet thinking the other long dead. But regardless of the plot siblings make my whole world a better place.

Aiiiiiiiiiiiigh I am failing to write a starter (doesn't help that I've somehow ended up with four to write at once, how did that happen?). Would you be willing to? That might work better, really; Hawke's just sitting around the estate convalescing, after all, so what I'd write would be along the lines of "Bored bored bored pain bored having holes in your abdomen stinks," but with more prose. (I headcanon that that move where the Arishok sticks a freaking spear through Hawke in the game actually happened and left an impressive scar in its wake afterwards).

I'd be willing to give it a go! It'll probably take me a decent time though, between work and homework and classes. But if I get a free time and a proper idea in my head I'll toss a starter in my comm and give it to you.
