Genessia is a panfandom game with side if life elements that is very character driven as far as plot development. I hesitate to call it totally slice of life as it isn't--we're currently doing a horror plot and many player driven plots can be more on the actiony side. I would say it's a show to medium paced game. No applications required, and activity check is just a "check in". It's a lovely game and I really love it.

Luke has been cast mate free now for quite some time. He might actually glue himself to Maya if she were to show up.

So we have a pretty decent Touhou cast going at Genessia. Koishi, Satori, Mamizou, Remilia....and I don't know them all. The game hits your requirements....ac is check in. No apps. No power stripping. Game is slow to medium pace.

If it was a PSL I guess we could have it take place in Grand Chokmah or at one of the places the military was stationed before the replica army attacked to make things easier. Oh hello, I recognise that name. tushanshu might be a good place for you -- it's primarily prose and network; any actionspam is usually a result of network threads turning action. It's plot-driven in the sense that what PCs do influences the setting (we just had an event to meet a new culture and one of the PCs screwed over trade relations for the NPCs by doing something illegal and getting caught by said new culture), but it's easy to stay away from the plot if you need a break.

That being said there's always something going on in the setting; there's a monthly itinerary for local events for players to follow up on, and with details on how the local NPCs feel about the PCs, and any other relevant information. Here's June's, for example.

AC is 15 comments over a maximum of 3 threads, but additional activity gets reward points for players to spend on IC items/plot developments/NPC favours. Most players backtag for ages; a lot of us are here for the easy pace!

We have a Marvel cast from Iron Man: Armored Adventures cartoon (Tony, Gene, Pepper) and I know they'd welcome anyone Marvel, but someone like Kirk might have a few things to say about how the NPC leadership is or isn't handling things too. Also, it's set on the back of a giant turtle.

Oh man, Chrono Cross! It would definitely be fun to see either of those two at thehometree, which is a relaxed, small game where you get turned into a fairy and have riddle-solving, creature-fighting adventures, along with regular times of hanging out and dealing with life at three inches high.

We don't have castmates for any on your lists (we do have a Cynthia from Pokemon! but I'm not familiar enough with it to know if a PMD protagonist would know her), but I would love to see any of your charcters there, especially the CC ones. There is nerfing for fire/lightning-based powers to prevent forest fires, but that's it.
