Characters find themselves stepping off a train into an island town watched over by a child that claims to be the city itself, along with 14 "Overseers" who seem to represent the seven deadly sins and heavenly virtues. Major events are competitions between the vices and virtues to directly influence the environment of the city and the mindset of the people within it. Characters keep all of their powers and while things are usually peaceful and jamjar-y, occasionally shit goes down: case in point, a character got his eye torn out of his socket by another character about a month or two ago and the whole place went ballistic.
