Have you considered forestcovered? I would be thrilled with any of your characters, and Isabeau... would have very extended castmates in Aleph and our P3 cast? Our AC is 20 comments monthly and it's a slow-medium pace game.

Forest Covered is a slice-of-life-ish game based loosely on Spirited Away and other Ghibli canons, though you don't have to know Ghibli to enjoy. In exchange for a wish, characters sign up to work as debtors on a resort island for spirits. They lose their names and are given work names to use, but they can regain their names later.

Come to carvaka! It is a post-apocalyptic world-building sex-game with easy AC, a medium pace, and no power loss. I can offer you Dio Brando and Josuke Higashikata as castmates if you bring Joseph Joestar, and Henry (and maybe still Nah) if you bring Anna.

HELLO OKAY if you want slow games, I can talk to you about slow games--

monadexe is a horror game about the afterlife! The catch is that everything in this afterlife is messed up and keeps messing up. Characters keep their powers, though using them could cause the world to mess up even more. AC is a points-based system (so you earn points for doing different things, like making posts, or tagging new characters, etc.), which-- I think looks more confusing than it actually is, haha. Fortunately, the mods keep track of AC for you, so it's not too much work! The mods are also super involved and tailor a lot of things to your character, making each character's situation, both during events and outside of them, pretty unique! There are no castmates there, unfortunately, but the pace might be your thing.

Or! synodiporia might be your jam. I don't play there currently but I was there for a long while, and the pace has always been pretty chill. It's basically about characters traveling to different worlds to "fix" or change things. Visiting these different worlds gives you the option of having your character retain their memories or being AU'd into that world. You can be as involved or uninvolved in the events as you want to be, and because each world visit lasts a few weeks, it's really not hard to keep up with developments, I think! AC is thirty comments, which might be a bit steep, depending on your definition of easy, but you can link as many threads as you need to reach the total so that helps to balance it out a little. There's a couple Fire Emblems and SMTs there, as far as castmates go, but because characters have to figure out the goal in each world, Joseph could probably make decent use of his Stand there!

Also, this is the part where I admit I've been itching to try my hand at Caesar and I'm looking for the same things you are SO IF YOU DO END UP TAKING JOJO SOMEWHERE... WINK WINK...

rubycity_rp seems to fit all your requirements! Characters find themselves stepping off a train into an island town watched over by a child that claims to be the city itself, along with 14 "Overseers" who seem to represent the seven deadly sins and heavenly virtues. Major events are competitions between the vices and virtues to directly influence the environment of the city and the mindset of the people within it. Characters keep all of their powers and while things are usually peaceful and jamjar-y, occasionally shit goes down: case in point, a character got his eye torn out of his socket by another character about a month or two ago and the whole place went ballistic.

AC is either 2 posts, 1 post + a 10 comment thread, or 2 threads that add up to 15 comments, with the option of IC Inbox bolster threads. As far as castmates go, I know we have a Kakyoin who'd love an Oldseph, and I'm heavily considering apping in with Mikitaka here from Part 4 if you're feeling more like Rohan!
