May I also offer to you a slow/medium paced game known as forestcovered? It's a friendly little game based off of Spirited Away that offers such delights as shadow events and sharknados, with a friendly little community just raring for a bit more heckviolence, nudity and heckaviolence. Did I mention heckaviolence?

And when we aren't doing heckaviolence, there's usually at least five small children making everything awkward for everyone as the adults wonder what their life has become. A slice of life as it is, player plots are heavily encouraged and people have a way of coming up with some amazing stuff that means there's never a dull moment, within a hugely encouraging backtag-friendly environment. Also the people are nice. Unless they want to cause you emotional pain. In which case, never trust them.

To be real though a few people in FC have yelled about seeing you up here on ATP and I feel that yes I can do this I can link you to all that additional premise and faq and whatever info, try to sound fun, and generally hope that you'll give this tiny game a chance. Either way, I hope the game hunting goes well for you!

Hey there! Maybe you'd be interested in empatheias? Right now, we have a good sized MCU cast (Bucky, Steve, Tony, Peggy, Pepper), and there are currently a bunch of Star Wars reserves (Kylo Ren (which is me), Luke, Rey, Han, Padme, Anakin) for the next app round. I'd love to see your Natasha or Leia join us, though any of your other characters could find plenty to do!

Empatheias is a game based around the emotions of characters, and they have effects on both the short-term (think flowers sprouting when happy, sudden rain when sad) and long-term, helping to influence upcoming plots and the outcomes of those plots. The events dealing with the plot generally come every other month or so, but there's plenty to do otherwise, and people often set up player plots and the like that anyone can join.

I'd say the game is about medium-paced, though it can get slightly faster during big events. That said, most everyone I've threaded with with is open to tagging at a slower pace for a long time.

Maybe you could check out empatheias? Right now we have several Star Wars reserves (Kylo Ren, Luke, Rey, Hux, Padme, Anakin, Han), and Poe could fit wonderfully into the mix. We also have a small Akatsuki no Yona cast (Hak, Kaya, Shu-ten, Zeno)! I don't know much about it, but I'm sure they'd appreciate a new castmate too.

Rincewind. You play Rincewind. I'm pretty sure I am contractually obligated to try to recruit you to ataraxion. The pace is on the slower side, but it's backtag friendly and most powers aren't capped unless you're an anthropomorphic personification. Quite a bit of player freedom available especially in terms of exploration.

And we have a Discworld cast consisting of Granny here and Death. And I will fully admit that part of the reason I want Rincewind is Death named his cat after him.

Looking at the AC there, it is definitely manageable. And clearly they need somebody as level-headed as Sync there :p I'll take a closer look there! Seems like an interesting premise!

hahaha, well, I have to admit, I never thought Rincewind would be the first to ping someone! And a slower game isn't out of the question for me - honestly, it may be just the sort of thing I need. I'll happily give Ataraxion a look! Particularly because holy shit, there are people playing Discworld characters over there, that's so exciting! We proud and happy few.

Maybe take a look at driftfleet? It's a sci-fi jamjar based around the idea that characters are kidnapped from their worlds and put on spaceships as part of a reality TV show. AC is super lax (1 network post/log per month or 3 threads with 6 comments from your character) and it's very backtag friendly! We've got a small but excellent Undertale cast in the way of Undyne and Chara, as well. I'd love to see Papyrus in game, and I'm here to answer any questions you might have!! o7

We're hoping to strike a good balance between fighting and other types of plots, as well as provide roles within fighting plots that have to do with diplomacy, discovery, or sciencing, so Daniel would be expected to do at least some combat, but we definitely want to make it so not all problems are solved by punching.

As an example, the current plot in the game involves extradimensional critters that slipped into game's universe through the same rift that the characters slipped through, and they're possessing people on the ship and using them to sabotage life support to make it dark, cold, devoid of gravity, and and airless -- which could potentially kill everyone on board. They actually can't be hurt by physical violence, however, and aren't actually trying to be hostile (they're just trying to survive and acting on instinct), so a big part of the plot will be the characters figuring out what they want and that they're sentient, finding a way to safely exorcise them from the infested crew members, and trapping them so they be released elsewhere.

So that's a good example of what we want at least some plots and some parts of plots to be. And for the absolutely necessary combat parts, Daniel would get training and the Legion's philosophy of no-killing might make those parts easier to swallow. While they're all willing to fight, they do try to find the least violent solutions to problems possible so they mostly aim to incapacitate rather than hurt or kill.

Welp I have no cast to offer you but I know there's quite a few people who would be super psyched to see a Cas at forestcovered. It's a super chill, community-based game that falls somewhere in the middle of slow to medium based, though the main issue you might find is the sol aspect.

I still figured I'd offer, since there's an overarching plot ongoing, a really enthusiastic player-base who do all sorts of neat plots, and these past two months alone have seen us run through a shadow event, a sharknado, and begin to plan out parties for hunting down some wendigos. If it pings your interest at all, please check it out; otherwise, happy game hunting!

WOWIE! I know we have a Sans over at interstellar absolutely jonesing for his skelebro and I think we meet all your criteria too!

Interstellar is a memory loss game where characters are kidnapped and brainwashed into being musicians BUT we have just reached a point in the plot where people can app rescuers 100% untampered with to come save their pals (so Papyrus could stay his cool guy boney self and save the day like a a real royal guardsman~) we even have a Frisk among the Rescuer volunteers!

Our AC is 20 comments but you can use multiple threads and i have yet to met anyone who wouldn't backtag to oblivion.
