SUP have you ever looked at entranceway? We've got a great Gravity Falls cast. Along with Dipper we've got Mabel and both Stans, plus Soos. Pace is medium, very backtag friendly, and it's very well balanced between slice of life and plot! We'd love to get a Pacifica! Check it out!

Ahhhhh yay! It's definitely one of my favorites I've been in. You get to make a mirror version of your character too if you want and that tends to be really fun to play with. Honestly either way I'd love to meme with you or something at some point. Pacifica is one of my (MANY) favorites and I don't see her around nearly enough!
