I actually really like them both not accepting the idea of the other being their soulmate.

Maybe we could roll with them realizing they're soulmates after having met before? I definitely like the idea of low level empathy/telepathy between soul mates, though. Something else I really like is soul mates sharing bruises/superficial injuries (like Len gets a scratch on his arm and suddenly Barry has one in the same place that's not healing super fast kind of deal). Or some variant of writing on the skin would be interesting! I think the telepathy bit could work for them realizing they might be soul mates and if we added anything else to it, that could just be their way of clearing away any doubt?
