Watakunki would be loved at genessia! There's even a cast of Cardcaptor Sakura, Tsubasa, and xxxHOLiC there, including a Yuuko. It has slice of life elements, with a heavy emphasis on player-run plots, where players are given a crazy amount of freedom to create them and respond to them as they see fit. There's even in-character elections.

It has a medium pace, but it can really pick up during particularly big plots.
