The Undertale cast over at entranceway would adore a Mettaton. It's a very active cast with an Alphys, Undyne, Frisk, Chara, Papyrus, and Sans!

It fits most of your prefs, as far as I can tell! It's a game set in Wonderland with periodic events borrowed from the characters' canons, with a very friendly, backtag-friendly pace!
