I'd be interested in any of those combinations! I'm probably a bit rustier with Kirigiri compared to the other two, but I'd be down for au/post-canon/etc. things with any of those three.

And I'll admit I'm not super familiar with Umineko (I keep meaning to finish it and never do...), but I wouldn't mind trying Mion against Bern sometime, either.
