Okay, sorry, now that I've read everything, I have a question: are minor charas, who have to be a bit headcanonned in order to be apped, allowed? Because if they can, I can app Yukikaze there.

If not, no problem, I may just app Meredy or Konatsu.

Minor characters are no problem at all, just make sure to include any headcanon in the app so it's clear what has been headcanoned. :)
