Dammers arrived from just after the events of the movie (and ill-advisedly telling some of the Fairwater cemetery ghosts that he'd rather burn in hell than ask Frank for help ) and so far he's settling into Little Hades as best as he can while being terrified of meeting some of the cult leaders and other people he sent down there whilevin the line of duty. Wouldn't want his stay down here to be too comfortable, as he's mad at Frank for unwittingly causing his demise (he's also entertained the theory that Patricia might somehow be Frank's accomplice who turned on him... Yeah, bit of a logic jump there, but we know this guy's logic has a few loose bolts).
