Hello everyone!

ATP has been around for quite some time now, but it seems like it's time to close up shop. We'd like to thank the entire roleplaying community for keeping ATP alive all these years. We hope we've been able to help people find games, castmates, PSL partners and the like.

It's been a ride!

As someone who found homes for characters specifically because of this, thank you for your years of time and effort to our quirky, nerdy, dramatic online community. You have done an amazing job and it was probably never said enough how much it was appreciated.

not to sound ungrateful or anything, as i've enjoyed this place immensely, but would you be willing to hand it off to another mod or mod team? as it was handed off to you, it seems fair to at least see if someone else would be willing to step up.

I'd be willing to take over. I was already doing a once monthly poll to update the masterlist on the same day as ATP. I could possibly just do both at the same time.

Thirding this. It would be great if you could find a new team to keep this place going. It is the only place I feel comfortable advertising my character/games and replying to other people.

No thanks. If I wanted to go to rpanons for game/character ads I would already. That community is too rough on my anxiety.

i agree with the others. we already have people trolling username suggestions or rp with me threads and being intentionally trolly assholes. there just isn't enough of a mod presence to keep up with the jerks. if it's going to have anon access, it needs to be something that has someone willing to deal with it to a better degree than the rpa mod does.

yes please! it's been such a great place over the years, even if it's slowed down. even just having monthly game ads really helps games to attract new players.

Just saw this post now, and gotta admit I'd be sad to see it go! ATP has been such a help every time I come back to dwrp over the years. Do we know if it's been actually handed off to anyone? I see above there were some offers to continue it.
