Visada is a pan-fandom, action-adventure sex game that's heavily influenced by fantasy and mythology, where the actions of the characters directly affect the course of the plot and have far-reaching effects in the worlds they visit. Characters are brought to a tropical island that's brimming with magic and fantastical creatures. This island serves as both their home and as the gateway to the other worlds and times that they'll visit for the duration of their stay. From here, characters are asked to complete tasks and missions that affect the state of various worlds. The outcomes of these tasks are decided solely by the actions of the characters that participate: success is as likely as failure. It takes an enormous amount of power for non-magical beings to maintain a presence on the island and to travel between realms. The easiest way to achieve this much power is by generating sexual energy. All people who come to Visada, whether they are visitors or lifelong residents, must frequently engage in sexual activities. If they don't, they'll find themselves fading away back to the world they came from. Whether the characters choose to come to Visada out of the goodness of their hearts or because they've been offered something otherwise unattainable in their world, they will find themselves richly rewarded for their efforts. THE FLEET

Welcome to the Omwi Fleet.
The Owmi, a spacefaring, nomadic civilization, have been traveling the stars for over a thousand years. That whole time, they have been searching for the remnants of their lost people, the Ibere. When their ancient society fractured long ago, the Owmi received a prophecy that said they would "find them". So far, the Owmi have been unsuccessful; but under the divine direction of their Orakalla, they press on searching the vast expanses between the stars. For belief is a powerful motivator.

However one day the unexpected happened. Stopping to refuel and gather supplies in a non-discript and uninhabited solar system, the Orakalla flared to life and declared, "They are coming," and then fell silent once again.

This caused quite the stir among the Owmi, for this surely meant they would at last be reunited with their lost people.

But, that is not what happened.

Strange people started to appear at the base of the Orakalla, strange people who were not Owmi or Ibere. Strange people who were not from this universe.

The Fleet is a pan-fandom game open to Canon, OC, and (some) AU characters from all fandoms. It takes place in space where the setting is mostly a fleet of ships (a mix of military ships and civilian ships that all have various purposes) with the fleet often stopping at new locations. It will incorporate jam-jar, slice-of-life elements with a non-mandatory metaplot that will involve mystery, intrigue, and maybe even space battles. The game will also involve mod-driven plots and player-driven plots. We are smut-friendly, but not smut-centric. The game environment is conducive to non-human characters and kid characters.

In the beginning, there was magic.
In Enprise, this magical energy is present in all living things; from the clouds in the sky to the tiniest ant. They called this energy mana.

Those on the continent of Sansvoir dedicated themselves to studying the mana of the world, and eventually tamed it. It became not only their source of energy, but their way of life. However, with progress comes conflict, always: the greedy and grasping Empire of Noir, in its attempt to drain the land of mana, was overthrown by rebels from its own ranks. They would soon form a new nation on the ashes of the old: the shining Republic of Blanc.

Blanc restored balance to the mana and the land, and for a time there was peace.

But the fight is far from over. After two hundred years, Noir is ready to take back what was theirs. The people of Blanc, living in the shadow of possible invasion, have been in fervent prayer for a miracle.

A hero.

CROSSCHECK is a panfandom fantasy/steampunk game focused on war elements and dungeon crawling. Characters are hailed as Heroes and drafted to fight in a war between two powerful nations in the world of Enprise. In order to prepare for these challenges, our Heroes may fight monsters, collect and create items, explore dungeons, travel the world, and grow stronger as they uncover the truth about the centuries-old conflict between the nations of Noir and Blanc.

Through some means, your character has met an untimely end. However, their death does not mean the end of their story. If someone dies with regrets, then they might end up in Glie, a city walled off from the rest of the world. Here they are given the chance to right what was wrong, to finish that one unfinished task, to become satisfied with their lives. The catch? They don't remember their past life at all, and there is a pretty strict time limit they have to follow. Haibane Renmei is a slice-of-life game loosely based off of the anime by the same name. All characters are apped in as Haibane, a group of winged humans that resemble angels. Upon entry, all characters are given a trial they must complete, which will help them grow, develop, and become better people. If they can finish this trial, then they will move on to the next life. If not...well, it's best not to think of that. Haibane Renmei is a game about character development. While there will be big events, the majority of the game is about developing your character and helping them overcome a problem or flaw. Most of the events will be based around helping characters to complete their trial and earn their way out of the city of Glie. To help with overcoming their trial, characters will gradually regain memories of their past life. But the most important part of life in Glie is making friends and learning how to rely on them. Only through friendship and strong bonds can the characters complete their task and be reborn. Apps and reservations are both currently open!.

Soulgemmed is a panfandom roleplaying game based off of Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie: Rebellion. It accepts canon characters, AUs, CRAUs, and OCs. While there will be undercurrents of horror present throughout, the town the RP takes place in is meant to be pleasant and quaint on the surface, in order to facilitate and be conducive to slice-of-life elements. Two gods, opposed in all things, struggling for power. One threw open a door, allowing the entrance of evil and chaos - and you. Because power comes from emotion, and you are the thing that can provide that emotion. Your fear and your hope can strengthen the gods, but though they may see you as not much more than ambulatory batteries, that doesn't mean you're powerless. Welcome to the city of Hadriel, where fear and hope battle to manipulate you. Enjoy your stay, and do your best to avoid dying. It makes such a mess.

hadriel is a medium paced horror/choose-your-own-outcome game with an overarching plot arc that characters can alter and effect. The majority of the events are jamjar-esque, which are put on by the various gods designed to make your character feel specific emotions. These emotions give the gods power to further expand the city and establish themselves against the other gods, which then will result in plot events occurring. Look out, though- not everything is quite black and white here, and it's unwise to make such heavy decisions without knowing the full story.

Initially, the two gods in the city are Fear and Hope, each of whom have different types of events to pull fear and hope from your characters. While Fear uses the power he gains to oppose Hope and continue to terrorize the player characters, Hope is attempting to gain power to revive the dead gods. The first revival has already occurred, the goddess Rage who has taken no side in their conflict so far. As the game progresses, Hope will give the player characters the ability to choose between which gods will be revived; these gods will later initiate events of their own, make alliances, have feuds, and reveal more about the setting and what caused them to die in the first place.

You don't know it yet, but somebody has broken this world and hidden it from you — hidden the death of everything around you, covered the world up with lies and pretty memories, cut away the destruction they accidentally inflicted and tried to deny. But they couldn't turn their eyes from the truth forever, and in the end, reality made itself felt: the world has already rotted away at its core. You were living amidst the decay all along — you just never realized it until now. But how could you have missed something so obvious?

Because you didn't believe it was real.

Carvaka is a sex game with a survival/adventure style and an ongoing metaplot. Characters are not transported to the setting, but wake up to familiar surroundings. Familiar, but decaying and ruined, as if no one has been around them in years. This is the true state of their home, and accepting or not, they're the only ones who can fix things.

Welcome to the Warehouse.
The Agents of the Warehouse have been tasked with keeping the world safe from dangerous Artifacts. They travel the world, searching for these objects with mystical powers, and bring them back to the Warehouse for safe storage. Unfortunately, not everyone believes Artifacts should be tucked away and out of the hands of the general public. And some wish to take down the Warehouse altogether.

An Artifact has been broken in two – on accident or on purpose, the Agents haven’t yet figured out. What is clear is that when the Artifact was broken, it tore a hole in the barriers between this reality and all the other universes that exist.

In its broken state, this Artifact has started pulling people from their universes into this one. Innocent lives, ripped from their home, out of space and out of time, with no way back until the Agents find the missing half of the Artifact and make it whole again.

Worse, it seems someone is bent on making not only the Agents’ lives difficult, but the lives of all these people now in the Agents’ care as well. The Agents are scrambling to find the broken part of the Artifact and fix the tear between universes. They are doing all that they can, but it might not be enough.

You open your eyes and see you’re in a giant winged egg-like building, in a world completely different from your own home. Floating bunnies are here to greet you, cheerfully handing you a journal and chirping encouragements to write to those you know. From the doorway, you can smell the sea, hear the wind in the trees, see the long road sprawling out to meet a little city before you. It’s almost peaceful, even though when you try to step out, you’re blocked from leaving by a powerful force. Outside, the world seems bright and warm, and the voices behind you are cheerful. But still, you cannot leave.

ABOUT US: The Basics
❀ Kiseki is a panfandom jamjar game set in the separate world of Miracle Country, a series of magical islands. It is a CLAMP inspired (meaning series such as Card Captor Sakura, X/1999, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, and Magic Knight Rayearth – just to name a few), but no prior knowledge of the manga-ka is necessary to join – it’s great for both CLAMP enthusiasts and canon-blind appers.

❀ Kiseki has both game-wide events and player-run plots, with events tending to run on at least a monthly basis, ranging in themes from fluffy/shippy to more action/plot-heavy events. There’s a range from light-hearted, slice-of-life events to more horror-based or survival-based. Events are also replayable, inviting more character-driven plotting. There’s a huge emphasis on building CR and interpersonal relationships between characters.

❀ Kiseki is a small game (15 players and 39 characters) with a small and friendly player base, very backtag friendly and accommodating to all tagging-speeds and tagging styles; we have a bi-monthly AC of 35 comments total or one open post.

❀ Reserves are always open and last for one week, and the application itself is simple: no third person required! TDM threads can be used in the application to provide a sample of the character’s voice and characterization.

❀ The game pace is overall medium-paced, sometimes faster during events and comments tend more towards comment-spam rather than prose. However, our players match pace and format easily and the game accommodates all tagging styles.

❀ The game is comm-based and gameplay consists of both open logs and journal entries posted through magically-connected paper journals.

❀ We now have a test drive open to everyone!



ABOUT US: The Extras
❀ Kiseki has no medium divide with players – anime, video game, cartoon, and LA characters are all welcome! We are also lone canon warrior friendly and obscure canon friendly.

❀ Kiseki is all around ship-friendly. Both canon ships, cross-canon ships, and cross-media ships are welcome!

❀ There is no forced-humanization for non-human characters. Power-nerfing is relative, usually left up to the player’s discretion. Characters with powers that are too disruptive can work things out with the mods, who will do their best to accommodate them and the game itself.

❀ Kiseki is kid character friendly, with characters as young as six or seven in game before. The mods are always willing to work out accommodations and consider them when designing events.

❀ We are on insanejournal which means all free accounts get 100 free icons; insanejournal is currently on invite-code only, so please feel free to poke me if you need a code – upon acceptance into the game, an invite code can be provided if you need it.

And then there's the Underground. The real Underground, a secret world of supernatural forces and strange creatures that walk the city streets hidden in plain sight. Witches, vampires, werewolves. About the Game
The Underground is an alternate universe (AU) game set in a supernatural version of modern-day London. The game is a mix of urban fantasy and supernatural drama, with slice-of-life elements and political intrigue.

Or, at least, you think you did. That would make sense, since that's what you are now. You're a star. But in truth, everything past a few months ago is a big blur. You remember this planet, these people, but the memories are empty of all connection. The band, the music, is your life now - and as far as you can recall, that's how it's always been.

What you don't remember is that you're not from here. What you don't know is that music has power. What you'd never guess is that you were stolen from your old life by aliens, and have been brainwashed into spending your days rocking hard on stage while never questioning a thing.

They left your timeline shattered and a hole in your heart - an empty space where someone of importance used to be - a lover, a friend, an enemy. Or maybe you are just a person of compassion: someone whose heart answered "yes" when asked "will you help us?" Maybe you just don't like bullies and tyrants.

No matter your story, the resistance arrives at your door before you've even had the chance to feel the full weight of your loss. Gathered by a lone, blue alien and his guitar-shaped spaceship, there are others out here like you - travelling throughout time-space to find those that would aid them in liberating the slaves of the terran nebulae. You always knew the music industry was a corrupt business.

Interstellar is the panfandom roleplaying game inspired by Interstella 5555, where characters of the multiverse have been kidnapped and brainwashed into being rockstars by the interdimensional beings that also happen to own their record labels.

One half memory loss and one half open world mission game, Interstellar has a defined plot arc that comes in two parts: the struggle of musical abductees trying to find themselves, and then the journey of the friends, cast mates, and altruistic souls that come to save them from their tyrannical alien managers. It is expected to run for 8-10 months.

Through some means, your character has met an untimely end. However, their death does not mean the end of their story. If someone dies with regrets, then they might end up in Glie, a city walled off from the rest of the world. Here they are given the chance to right what was wrong, to finish that one unfinished task, to become satisfied with their lives. The catch? They don't remember their past life at all, and there is a pretty strict time limit they have to follow. Haibane Renmei is a slice-of-life game loosely based off of the anime by the same name. All characters are apped in as Haibane, a group of winged humans that resemble angels. Upon entry, all characters are given a trial they must complete, which will help them grow, develop, and become better people. If they can finish this trial, then they will move on to the next life. If not...well, it's best not to think of that. Haibane Renmei is a game about character development. While there will be big events, the majority of the game is about developing your character and helping them overcome a problem or flaw. Most of the events will be based around helping characters to complete their trial and earn their way out of the city of Glie. To help with overcoming their trial, characters will gradually regain memories of their past life. But the most important part of life in Glie is making friends and learning how to rely on them. Only through friendship and strong bonds can the characters complete their task and be reborn. Apps and reservations are both currently open!.

You open your eyes and see you’re in a giant winged egg-like building, in a world completely different from your own home. Floating bunnies are here to greet you, cheerfully handing you a journal and chirping encouragements to write to those you know. From the doorway, you can smell the sea, hear the wind in the trees, see the long road sprawling out to meet a little city before you. It’s almost peaceful, even though when you try to step out, you’re blocked from leaving by a powerful force. Outside, the world seems bright and warm, and the voices behind you are cheerful. But still, you cannot leave.

ABOUT US: The Basics
❀ Kiseki is a panfandom jamjar game set in the separate world of Miracle Country, a series of magical islands. It is a CLAMP inspired (meaning series such as Card Captor Sakura, X/1999, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, and Magic Knight Rayearth – just to name a few), but no prior knowledge of the manga-ka is necessary to join – it’s great for both CLAMP enthusiasts and canon-blind appers.

❀ Kiseki has both game-wide events and player-run plots, with events tending to run on at least a monthly basis, ranging in themes from fluffy/shippy to more action/plot-heavy events. There’s a range from light-hearted, slice-of-life events to more horror-based or survival-based. Events are also replayable, inviting more character-driven plotting. There’s a huge emphasis on building CR and interpersonal relationships between characters.

❀ Kiseki is a small game (15 players and 39 characters) with a small and friendly player base, very backtag friendly and accommodating to all tagging-speeds and tagging styles; we have a bi-monthly AC of 35 comments total or one open post.

❀ Reserves are always open and last for one week, and the application itself is simple: no third person required! TDM threads can be used in the application to provide a sample of the character’s voice and characterization.

❀ The game pace is overall medium-paced, sometimes faster during events and comments tend more towards comment-spam rather than prose. However, our players match pace and format easily and the game accommodates all tagging styles.

❀ The game is comm-based and gameplay consists of both open logs and journal entries posted through magically-connected paper journals.

❀ We now have a test drive open to everyone!



ABOUT US: The Extras
❀ Kiseki has no medium divide with players – anime, video game, cartoon, and LA characters are all welcome! We are also lone canon warrior friendly and obscure canon friendly.

❀ Kiseki is all around ship-friendly. Both canon ships, cross-canon ships, and cross-media ships are welcome!

❀ There is no forced-humanization for non-human characters. Power-nerfing is relative, usually left up to the player’s discretion. Characters with powers that are too disruptive can work things out with the mods, who will do their best to accommodate them and the game itself.

❀ Kiseki is kid character friendly, with characters as young as six or seven in game before. The mods are always willing to work out accommodations and consider them when designing events.

❀ We are on insanejournal which means all free accounts get 100 free icons; insanejournal is currently on invite-code only, so please feel free to poke me if you need a code – upon acceptance into the game, an invite code can be provided if you need it.

ten_fwd is a community-based jamjar with a twist game that takes place within the Star Trek: The Next Generation universe. There is an overarching plot that characters are invited to contribute toward: they have been ported to the Enterprise by Q, who has marooned your character in the far future with the TNG crew; however, you are also invited to make your own mischief, and most if not all game plots will be optional.

While the ultimate goal is at first to rein in Q, there's going to be plenty of room for slice-of-life shenanigans and missions to distant planets, with organized quarterly events. ten_fwd is backtagging friendly and runs at a medium-slow pace. About the Game:

Maison De Portes is a pan-fandom survival horror/mystery game. The potential for death and harm to come to your characters is almost guaranteed. The game is prose-only, with a very easy activity check. We have multiple story paths, with endings to be decided by the actions of the characters. The game is slow to mid paced, fairly small, with lots of chances for characters to work together to solve the situation they find themselves in. We are very backtag friendly and very willing to work around schedules, we feel that RP should be fun, not an additional job. Apps and reserves are currently open! Forest Covered is a panfandom slice of life RPG taking a loose base from world mythologies, folklores, and the body of work of Studio Ghibli; particularly Spirited Away.

Existing on another plane of reality are many hundreds of cities catering to the unseen world of spirits. These cities are vast and strange, in many ways familiar, but inhabited mostly by creatures from folklore and myth. Most of them do not actually live in the cities for long, instead passing through them on their way to new places in the human world to call home, or just visiting for a vacation. In fact, the cities are quickly evolving into massive tourist spots, and spirits are just eating it up! Sometimes literally.

Of course, the problem with rapid expansion is the need for more labour. Lesser spirits are numerous, but projecting the image of an exotic getaway calls for something new. That's where you come in.

You aren't the first and you won't be the last taken from outside the spirit realm and put to work here, in the growing city of Koriko. Don't worry, though; the witch that runs the island picked you because you have a debt to pay. Just by working here, she'll absolve your debt and grant you a little favour in return. Just sign your name away and you'll be put to work serving the vacationing spirits.

Oh, you want to know how long it will take to pay off your debt? Well, that's up to you isn't it? You read the fine print...

Welcome, Fellow Traveler! The elevator pitch: Exiles meets Diana Wynne Jones’ Homeward Bounders. If you’re familiar with Sliders or Quantum Leap, there’s a bit of that too.

Synodiporia is an AU-hopping panfandom exploration game where ‘event’ and ‘setting’ are one and the same. Unknown entities have gathered a group of people from across the multi-verse, and sent them on a long, strange journey together, crashing into one world after another, meddling in local affairs, and then whisking them off again. In each world some of the travelers are ‘investigators,’ conscious of the fact that they’re new arrivals in a foreign dimension, and some are ‘infiltrators,’ believing themselves to be natives, immersed in local customs, with implanted memories of a life that never was.

As the travelers progress from world to world, they learn new skills - from the natives or from one another. In prohibition-era Brooklyn, gangsters might teach someone how to shoot a tommy gun. In a fantasy kingdom, you might pick up a little wizardry. A PC from the Persona franchise might teach you how to unlock your own Persona, no matter what canon you’re from. You can also learn to manipulate the psychic network linking everyone together, gaining telepathic or dimensional manipulation abilities. As you change the worlds, the worlds change you.

We accept all original characters as well as alternate universe and previous game versions of characters, and under certain conditions, we also can accept multiple versions of the same character. When you apply, your character can be new to Traveling, or a veteran who’s been doing this for quite some time. More information about veteran Travelers can be found on the Previous Universes & Acquiring Skills pages, as well as suggestions for introing a veteran character here.

Besides that, there will be additional mini-events in pocket universes, player plots, dream explorations, Shadow Selves… and the ongoing investigation into the mysterious forces that drew you here. You’re pawns in a game spanning time and space, but a pawn who advances far enough can make big changes, and there are plenty of secrets to uncover.

Applications are open from February 21-29. We are currently in the middle of a Space Opera Jaunt! Apps will open after the Jaunt, and a new Test Drive will go up then as well!

We have a cap of 100 characters, however we currently have about 74 characters, so we have plenty of room for new faces! We do not currently have reserves, but we highly recommend if you are interested in applying to post to the current test drive and get to know some of our current characters.

lastvoyages is highly focused on character development and interactions. It's set on a physics-defying barge in unknown space, where everyone on board is either an inmate or a warden. Wardens are there to redeem inmates in exchange for absolutely anything! The Admiral fulfills their deal once they graduate an inmate. Deals can range from something as simple as wealth and riches to something as selfish (and/or noble) as the return of a deceased loved one. Inmates have died or are near death (canonically or under an invented circumstance), and are in need of a second chance: they get that opportunity on the Barge. The game is of a medium size and pace, comm based with an easy AC, with several small game wide events a month. It's a CR intensive game, often focusing on the serious side of redeeming morally corrupt or gray characters - but with cracky storylines and events worked in to lighten things up.
