☀ Each class now has their own perks!

▷ TRAINERS get a 15% discount on products in pokemarts, department stores and other sales venues, including places like restaurants and flower shops! That means everywhere, essentially: museums, too. They get one extra % per badge, and an extra 5% per completion of a whole region's badge sets. That's right--by the time they've polished off Johto and Kanto, they'll have 41% off! Plus, they also get 30% more prize money from gyms. (taken directly from FAQ)

▷ BREEDERS can breed more eggs per month than Trainers or Rockets, and are the only ones who are capable of breeding Shiny Pokémon. The chances of breeding a shiny offspring are 1/50 (2%) with one shiny parent and 1/25 (4%) with two shiny parents. Also, they don't need badges to use HM moves! All they have to do is borrow the HM from a Trainer and teach it to their Pokémon.

▷ ROCKETS start off in Goldenrod City instead of New Bark Town and come with a level 15 starter and your choice of a level 5 Ekans, Koffing, Rattata, Grimer, or Magikarp. They are required to stay in Goldenrod for the first two weeks to complete training, get a P1000 allowance per week, and have full access to Rocket facilities. However, they also need to provide one Pokémon of uncommon rarity or high level (30+) per week; failure to do so twice will result in them being kicked off the team, unless they are on official Rocket business for 2+ weeks or hunting a rare Pokémon. This is handwaveable, though, so don't fret!

☀ Apps processed every first and third week of the month
☀ Pretty easy AC; full requirements consist of: one post and two threads, two posts and one thread, or three posts. All threads must be 10+ comments (at least 5 must be from you); icon spams only count as one comment. Half requirements are: one post and one thread of any length, or two threads, one of 10+ comments and one of any length. You are only eligible for half requirements if you've been on hiatus for at least half the month.
☀ Monthly weather broadcasts with occasional special Pokémon swarms
☀ Largely slice-of-life with tons of player plots, but there are occasional mod-run events, like the Valentine's event running from February 11th to February 16th!
☀ No prior knowledge of Pokémon required
