HOLLY HEIGHTS

Holly Heights is a panfandom roleplay focusing on the simpler things in life. Rainstorms, street fairs, family outings. The only danger to you here is the possibility of a neighbourhood tussle or a minor fender bender going to the old grind stone. School dances and parades are more common here than murders and thefts. Events and memes are regular, though, to keep things spicy, though there is a large emphasis on family structure, CR, and the ability to make your own fun. You feel that something's — wrong.

Every direction pulls on you at once, and a flash of light slams you between the eyes, leaving you disoriented and bleary-eyed. After getting your name, a machine dispenses your communicator and dog tags, and the faceless voice advises you to pick up a brochure on your way out, before laughing and fading away. And that's that. Welcome to the City – your new home.

If anyone asks, you're just another human immigrant to a city made up of almost nothing but. Stranded, alone, with nothing but the clothes on your back, you've been brought to a city you're not used to, outfitted with powers you may have never even heard of, and you've got to try and keep a secret identity to boot. The locals might not be at the brick-throwing stage anymore, but most are still suspicious and fearful of "imPorts" with strange powers.

So, settle in for a stay. Get used to your powers, make some friends, form a team and fight some crime. Or, if that's not your style, get your villain hat on and cause some real mayhem. The City is yours.

GLAXCIN PRISON

glaxcinprison is a small, slow paced, community based game. The majority of interaction takes place through in person prose, though there is a network available for characters who choose to use it. The tone can range from light hearted to deadly serious, often immediately back to back for maximum impact of the latter. Powers are generally restricted to about 10% strength, but the restrictions are often lifted during events.

While the main setting of the game is the prison itself, there are regular simulation events which place prisoners in new settings ranging from the Wild West to Oz to outer space. These events come with their own set of puzzles from deadly monsters to complicated obstacles that prisoners need to find a way through. Mini events within the prison itself also help keep things from ever getting dull.

Medical types!
At the moment, poor Martha Jones is the only doctor in the entire prison and is having great difficulty keeping up. So we would love to get some doctors and nurses on the scene.

Wanted: anyone. Erza's been a lone canon warrior for quite some time now, and it would be nice to have her fellow guildmates around (also Jellal, but that goes without saying). There's also a few side characters who I'd like to see (Ichiya, Kagura, and Milliana chief among them), but first thing's first. Still, if you have any of them as a muse and you're looking for a game to put them in, at least consider Luceti.

luceti is a journal-based game set in a jamjar. It's rather big (generally hovers around 300 characters), but it's medium in terms of its pace and people will backtag for quite a long time if need be. The game is partially slice-of-life, though there are monthly events, optional missions for characters to do, and an ongoing plot involving the organization that trapped the characters in this setting.

Reserves and applications are open until March 7th, so there's still plenty of time. If you don't think you can get an application done in that time, or aren't sure if the game's right for you, there's always the trainingwings community. You can use it to test out your character in the setting, and any lengthy threads that you get can be used as a sample in your application.

Luceti itself is a large, medium paced and journal based game with an ongoing plot involving the mysteries of the 'Luceti Project' and the Malnosso organization. We have monthly events, as well as a 'draft' every few months in which the characters are recruited to fight for the Malnosso against the third party in a roundabout method of defending the village, as well as consistent opt in missions. The game is essentially what you make of it, with downtime in the village where there are monthly events and player plots, and player opt in combat outside of it.

Applications open every other month, and the AC is the same, falling on the month after applications close. The game has very simple activity requirements, and is very backtag friendly.

EXSILIUM is laid-back, mid-paced game with a friendly and welcoming OOC environment. Characters are tasked to work for the Initiative, a resistance group that means to change the world for the better by altering history. AC is easy, and backtagging is more than welcome! The game is very obscure canon and OC friendly: some of our biggest movers and shakers are OCs, and our obscure canons range from rare videogame characters to obscure tv series characters. Apps and reserves operate on a rotating schedule — reservations are open from the beginning of the month until the last week of the month, at which point applications open, and so on. The game is fairly plot heavy: one of the best aspects of the game is that your characters' actions during time travel events directly and indirectly affect future game events. There's downtime as well between events, so there's definitely opportunity for more slice-of-life stuff if that's what you're into. There are also smaller, cr building mission opportunities, for people who are into that! BUT HOW IS THE GAME?!

Asgard Eventide is s a panfandom role-playing game set in a Norse Myth-inspired fantasy world. Characters will join teams in the form of God Houses in order to bring life into a grey and empty world. The relationships between characters will give both the world and the characters themselves power, until they must face Ragnarok, the end of days. The game will have an overarching plot, interactive NPCs, and an optional definite end.

OROCHI was a powerful demon who escaped from his prison in the mystic realm, where he was serving an eternal sentence for his crimes against humanity. He created this world by melding together pieces of the natural world, in order to wage war upon the mightiest of humanity's warriors. He was defeated, but his armies still remain, scores uncounted of snake-demon warriors led by the mystic Taira no Kiyomori. Kiyomori has been attempting to resurrect his lord, and the Resistance has formed in order to stop him.

Octacore is a multi-fandom RP that opened March 1st, set in the world of Warriors Orochi but incorporating a piece of every fandom world apped into it. Players will have a direct impact on the design of the world itself, as well as quests and plots, and powers and magical items can be earned through our barter system! Apps and reserves are OPEN - we have no closed app periods at this time. Reserve holders get first priority in the event of an app challenge, and reserves hold for a week at a time.

We also have a test-drive meme open right now, and threads from the meme can be used for samples on the app.

Because we're fresh and new, we're looking for anyone and everyone from any canon to come shape the world! One day, Good and Evil decided to play a game. Kind of like chess, but bigger.

Good believed that one day, the world would have peace. After all, they’re good--optimism and belief in the better parts of a person’s nature comes with the territory. Evil, on the other hand, scoffed at the idea. People were always going to give in to their baser ideals. Even if they managed to find a time for peace, there was always going to be war again.

So they decided to make a wager.

They would collect them all -- heroes, villains, and everything in between -- and place them in a world that evens the playing field. The guilty would have to pay for their sins, but it would be all of the guilty, not just the evil. They would be forced to redeem themselves together, on an even playing field.

They created a brilliant golden city. They invited the people of the world below and let them do with the city as they will. They left agents of both sides and those in between to watch over them, make sure that they paid off their debt in full. Occasionally, the agents will have their own fun with them, but for the most part the inhabitants were left to their own devices.

That was where things went wrong.

The first wager failed, horribly. The city fell to ruin, and the inhabitants vanished, never to be heard from again. Thousands of years passed, and the city remained empty.
