I, for one, would be quite interested in seeing a Toph at milliways_bar. We've got several Korra-era characters, and an Aang (and, I think, Katara) from the beginning of canon; I don't know what feelings you or their muns may have about interacting.

I don't have experience with a lot of games, so I can't really gauge the size or pacing, but we're quite a laid-back group. No AC, no power-stripping, plenty of opportunity for hijinks.
