"Something went wrong, and we need your help."

Perhaps this is the first time you heard pleas for help, or perhaps you've answered them many times before. In your own world, or elsewhere... Regardless of if or when, or maybe even how, you have been called to another city in desperate need of your help: Saeng Seong.

Something went wrong, though what that something was, how it happened, and how exactly you're supposed to go about fixing it is something you'll have to discover for yourself. The residents have made it clear - until you can help them, they won't, can't, send you home. They need you to help save them, after all. It's something only you can do.

The City and its native residents seem to be eager to help you at least, and for all your unwilling arrival, they've certainly done their best to make sure that everyone's stay is as comfortable as they can make it.

But don't think you can fix Saeng Seong's problems alone. In fact, this is one adventure you simply can't complete by yourself, no matter how independent or how much of a loner you were up till now. Because in Saeng Seong, if you can't get in touch with people - actual touch - then you may find yourself destabilizing, withering away. It doesn't have to be much; you could probably get by on handshakes if you do it enough. But without keeping in contact with the other new arrivals, you won't make it far.

One thing's for sure at least. You'll never be entirely alone…

Rekindle is a panfandom game, with fluffy, slice-of-life elements and a slow-moving underlying plotline that characters can have some impact on. Characters brought to the city will need to keep up a certain "quota" of physical contact with other player characters as they settle into and explore the strange city of Saeng Seong, or else risk losing control of their powers (if they have any) and developing withdrawal symptoms that get progressively more severe.

What's going on in Saeng Seong? Why are they really here, and how can they expedite the process of going home? That's something they can explore and find out. Or perhaps they can just settle down, and find a good person to cuddle with for a while. Either way works!

Game Info

Holly Heights is a panfandom roleplay focusing on the simpler things in life. Rainstorms, street fairs, family outings. The only danger to you here is the possibility of a neighbourhood tussle or a minor fender bender going to the old grind stone. School dances and parades are more common here than murders and thefts. Kick back and relax. You don't have to pay your landlord with anything but your presence in his beautiful town. No rent and only the occasional unexpected drop in. He wants everyone to be comfortable. He doesn't want you to leave.

The game is about medium-paced, allows split comments and inbox threads for AC, and holds an event every month! Reserves are open from January 25th-31st and Applications are open from February 1st-7th. Reserves aren't needed, but challenge apps won't be accepted.

This is the Part Where I Enable You

Holly Heights has a grand total of TWO KH characters. You heard that right. Just Roxas and Xion. A tragedy.

Of course you're already asking how you can help these poor young ones navigate the horribly cushy and terrifyingly normal streets of Holly Heights. Xion discovering video games? Roxas keeping a turkey as a pet? Clearly these two need guidance. Or someone to pick on them. Or confuse them even more, before they can get too cozy.

We're not asking for much: just app in any Kingdom Hearts character into Holly Heights. Seriously, anybody. Completing the trio or even starting a new trio would be great, of course, but if you would like to try out, say, Young Xehanort or a Kingdom Hearts-canon Leon, you will be welcome with open arms. We'll give you CR. We'll get other people to give you CR. Regardless of who you pick to play in our humble community, we will be glad to have you.

Inspired by Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim, jaegeracademy is a panfandom alternate universe game set in the fictitious second Jaeger Academy opened by the Valparaíso, Chile Shatterdome. Gameplay begins on February 15th. (Apps are now open.) You can find us on plurk at jaegeracademy.

The game offers a split timeline from the movie universe, and will have goals and events for players to work toward and play with over the course of the game.

I've got Hibiki here and would basically faint from joy to see anyone else from this series, but most definitely Ahito in particular since people are granted powers that don't require sacrifices, which I think would be interesting considering his character! Other fantastic people to have around would be Shiraasan, Shirotsuki, Misaki, Asuma... Seriously go nuts I'd love them all! Also, I can and totally will provide icons for any character should you need them, I am not even kidding!

You wake up in a bright white bedroom in a lengthy twin bed. The sheets are stiff and the pillow is harder than it looks. An entire wall is made of glass and you can't tell where the door might be hidden in it. Your clothes are your own and you still have everything on you before you arrived here. You don't seem to have been touched at first glance, but there's a stiff pain in the side of your neck. A quick glance in the mirror shows an injection site - a round bruise roughly the size of a dime. It's then that the glass wall flickers on like a television screen. A man (or at least they appear to be a man) dressed in a white lab coat smiles at you, ready to give you a little information on what is going on.

Proxima Beta is a panfandom science fiction/fantasy sex game set in a man made world in an unknown universe. While it appears that the world is a massive island, it is encased in a large dome, the sky made of projectors that mimic various weather patterns, but can also be used to make large announcements as a giant television screen that everyone will notice. The island is free to travel at will, with a vast amount of varying wild life that some may not even find familiar to anything they've seen in their own worlds.

The dome is a world made by scientists running a group of social experiments for purposes they seem currently unwilling to share. Each experiment runs for approximately two weeks - some longer, some shorter, but there's always only one way to stop them; to participate in some form of sexual contact with another affected member of the island. Experiments are often done in groups, but individualized unique tests have also been known to commonly happen inside the dome. Those who fail to participate in the experiments assigned to them will be given a shot of heavy aphrodisiacs to encourage them to complete their tasks. Those who participate willingly will be given rewards; a trinket from home or constant access to their powers from their own worlds.

All new arrivals will have a chip inserted into their neck. The chip seems to be incapable of being removed, though those who wish to test the theory can certainly try their best to find willing participants. They are the source of the scientists abilities to control their experiments and they will do everything in their power to make sure that their tests subjects are unable to tamper with their results.

Proxima Beta is friendly to previous game memories as well as original characters. Applications open the 1st and Reserves open the 15th of every month.

because a dystopian sex city may or may not be better than being trapped in a killer school or on death island

• City of Ariel is a sex game with a great deal of emphasis on more extreme kinks (though you certainly don't have to play them) with plenty of incentive to bring smut logs to completion.
• The pace is slow (a 3:1 ratio) with more activity during events. Logs and network posts show up in equal amounts.
• The AC is 10 smut comments a month.

teleios

Teleios is a small, plot-based redemption game that is set in a fantasy world of the same name. Characters rack up a "debt" based on their canon and pre-canon actions, and are brought to Teleios in order to work that debt off by rebuilding the city in order to earn their passage into Utopia.

The game has no network, though it does have P2P and small group calling features. It's primarily action-based, and posts can be made in actionspam or prose formats, and everyone has demonstrated openness to either format. The game runs in real time where 1 day IRL = 1 day in game.

There are fully interactive, regularly available NPCs with whom characters can build CR. There is a metaplot that interacts with characters and players through mission plots that the agents send teams of indebted (player characters) on intermittently, and it's coming to a head around December and resulting in a two-month apps closure - so get them in now!

Reserves open on the first of February. Applications will open from the 15th-28th, and all new characters arrive on the 1st. This is the first app round of the new metaplot cycle, coming off an app closure - a great time to join!

Game Info
You open your eyes. It feels like you've been sleeping for so long. Your last memories are hazy at best, but slowly coming into focus. You're lying in a large cocoon of polished silver metal, lined with silk and soft padding, with the sound of lapping water all around you. It appears to be a cavern, dimly illuminated with white lights glowing in the shallow pool. There's a slight weight on your chest. It's a box. Inside is a jeweled necklace of gold and opalescent stones, what appears to be a walkie-talkie with a video screen, and a pamphlet. The pamphlet states simply:

'Welcome to Genessia'

It explains the device, calling it a videophone, with easy instructions about how to communicate via text, audio, and/or video, and how to transmit privately, and encourages you to give it a try once you leave the Bay. The necklace, it goes on further to explain, is required in order to pass from Genessia to one of the other four cities, and should be worn at all times not only to allow this transportation, but to identify the owner as 'real'. The last page has a thick manila folder, where several red bills are stacked and bound by a white ribbon. The pamphlet tells you that this is the main currency for Genessia, in order to purchase room, board, and other necessities. It encourages you to apply for a job in order to earn more.

Everyone has a part to play in the city, and the cities beyond. Will you accept your role? Or is there more to Genessia and its strange assortment of inhabitants who have been drawn here from all across the universe?
