HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON @ BRAVE NEW WORLD

HAVE: Hiccup, and technically Toothless, as I'm going to be playing him as Hiccup's Charmander>Charmeleon>Charizard.

WANT: Astrid, Stoick, Gobber, possibly Valka if we can come up with a good way of managing her showing up again, and pretty much everyone else from the cast.

THE GAME: bravenewworld is a panfandom AU game in the Pokemon universe, set in Union City, a postapocalyptic refuge for the remnants of humanity after Legendary Pokemon nearly destroyed them all.

HTTYD-specific AU history so far: Hiccup is still pretty much pre-finding Toothless Hiccup, with all the skills and personality issues that implies, as he hasn't bonded with him yet. (And won't be doing it under the same circumstances.) Stoick is in a unspecified combat-oriented leadership position, Valka disappeared under unspecified circumstances, and while Hiccup isn't nearly the city pariah, he still feels inadequate next to Stoick, especially since Stoick's probably an Enlightened, depending on if anyone who wants to app Stoick goes that way with things, and Hiccup definitely isn't one.

Other than that though, it's kind of a free-for-all on what may or may not have happened so far for the rest of HTTYD cast.
