A game that has everything you want, minus some temporary power loss, is thewake. All characters initially lose powers but can learn to get them back by using the ability of Bending, the ability to bend reality in the city to their will.

It's a great game with a great pace, overarching plot and open to player plots, and has Relius Clover here and a Nu-13 in game. Litchi Fay-Ling, Ragna, or Jin would be amazing in game. From any canon point too.

Maybe ryslig for Crow? It is powerloss (so no duel disks / dwheels at first, but you can probably buy them back with bonuses from activity), but we have a Yusei as well as some Arc-Vs and Zexals. (Up for some alt dimension confusion?)

Other than that it seems to meet all of your requirements, so maybe check us out! It's a body horror game about turning into monsters and eating people and also perhaps some god wars

I have to confess I'm pretty canon-blind on all of these, but just based on your preferences tushanshu seems like it would be a good fit? We're a small/slow game with lots of plot and some horror elements, but plenty of chance to stay out of the plot and do SoL if you prefer. There's no power loss or memory loss. AC is 15 comments a month across 3 threads, with more activity earning IC rewards, and everyone is super backtag friendly. And just friendly in general :)


(oh and we also have an amazing Bakura from Yu-Gi-Oh although I have no idea if/what that means in relation to Crow. Just thought I'd toss that out there!)
