Looking for a home for Wheatley from Portal! I'm in CDC already so I won't be looking at Each or Ryslig, and I've also previously played him at Ataraxion, so that's also a no-go. Beyond that, I'm not terribly picky about genre/premise/etc, just wanted to throw out some feelers to see if anything struck my interest. Humanization is not a dealbreaker--I am willing to play him in both people flavor (if your game does not allow robots to stay robots) and soccerball flavor (if your game does).

oh man, i remember you from ax! we didn't really have any cr but i liked reading your threads a lot. it's really great to see you playing him again! (i played uhmmm, mike ross from suits? his username was fraud but i don't think we ran into each other much!)

anyway i don't know if this is your cup of tea but have you looked at cerealia? i don't think he'd be humanized (he might be given a more anthropomorphic robot body to get around? but you'd have to ask the mods i think!)

but it's a kind of sci-fi-y game where everyone's turned into "code" of some sort because their world is destroyed and thus transported to a colony on a jungle planet. the colony itself is really advanced, even if the rest of the planet is not. it's got a mix of silliness and horror with events every month.

I actually have looked at it before because sci-fi-y is my jam. Is test drive mandatory for appers?

and nope! it isn't mandatory at all. but if you do put wheatley up to get a feel for the game, you could use it as your game canon if you want! it's pretty flexible, really. aaand the tdm goes up the same day reserves do which is on the 7th! so in a little over a week.

excellent! and oh i forgot to mention above but reserves might be mandatory for an app! that was how it was last round and i'm not sure if the mods will be doing it this round but just a heads up!

Not at all. We have several nonhuman characters running around. (Be honest, Wheatley + Kingdom Hearts Mickey Mouse is the CR we all want to see. ;) )

Hey there! If you're a fan of Steven Universe (and even if you're not, it's not a requirement), maybe you'd be interested in cosmographia? Every character who comes in becomes a Gem, a member of an alien species who can have all manner of strange powers, and are tasked with protecting a little town called Waverly Bay from the occasional attacking monsters. Our game ad's right over here, and here's the game navigation page!

I'm currently only in the game as Chie from Persona 4, but I'm strongly considering apping Chell here as my second, and if/when I do, I'd love to have a Wheatley to bounce her off of. Feel free to take a look around, maybe hit the test drive, and see what you think! :)
