Oh gosh I'm not a slick salesperson or anything, but here goes!

Empatheias is a medium-paced panfandom game with a sort of steampunky setting and emotions influence the surroundings. So positive emotions have nice/pretty effects and negative emotions can cause lots of collateral damage. That's why a lot of emphasis is on character/CR building, but there's also a bit of world building that relies on the actions and emotions of the characters! For example, because one particular character kept purposely spreading despair, the would-be deity of hope and despair showed up to wreak havoc for a bit. There's also some investigation into the history of the world itself, which apparently suffered a bit of an apocalypse and now all that's left is the big floating island/continent that the city is on. So mysteries and world building abound, basically! More detailed game info right here! (also, Bobby Fulbright is one of the two leaders of the 'Otherworlder division' of the local police force and he got that position through totally legitimate, democratic means.)

AC requirements are ten comments a month in at least two threads. Or seven comments and one entry posted by your character. Characters can communicate telepathically with magical amulets and there's also a log community for actiony posts. Other Ace Attorney characters we have are the two Gavin brothers, Ema Skye from Investigations and Athena Cykes.

I used to play Tyler Chase way back in the day, would be keen to either play him and/or pick up another TC character to thread with?

omg sure! Trauma Center players are so rare, I can't believe there are more out there. I'd be willing to try and pick up a few others, too, if you wanted someone other than Derek.
