You can pretty much go at whatever pace is best for you and people will keep tagging - I usually get at least one tag per thread per day from people, usually more. If you want to go faster, plenty of people are around who like going faster; if you miss a few days that's cool too. There's usually 3-4 new posts a week (unless there's an event - then everyone's tagging the event log) and lots of mingle posts where people tag out all over the place.

...one other unrelated thing I really like about it is that everyone has really fun Pokémon. You can "bond" with 1-2 Pokémon a week (depending on a few factors) and if you ask, the mods will write up a little personality blurb. I've gotten things like "Vulpix is overly proud of her beautiful tails" and "Wooper likes to sing and dance in the rain - he thinks there should be a play about that"....

...oh my god that's so cute. I love little fun details like that, that's fantastic. This game has pretty much jumped to the top of my partner and I's list. We're both going over the pages now and talking about it so you might see us there with Steven and Connie or some combination of our various Dangans. Not 100% sure yet because it looks like we have quite a bit of reading ahead of us but this sounds like pretty much everything we were looking for mechanics-wise.

Awesome, glad to hear it! It's a really fun game - a good mix of silly stuff like the Pokémon blurbs (...and most of what happens when there aren't events) and darker adventure-type plot twists when Big Plot Events go down (but these are spread out). If you have any questions at all while you're looking things over I'm happy to answer them - there's also a AU Planning post where you can ask for tips/established CR and a Test Drive to give the setting a try.

But yeah this is basically "fun details: the game". With Pokémon.
