Some people can't recognize how wonderful the world would be under Kate's control. But sadly I haven't actually got to play her yet, I made an account because she's pretty much amazing, but haven't found a game for her yet. I didn't realize why her being a bitty mattered until I looked at the game you linked. Alas, she would eventually conquer even that world, but it was not meant to be.
