CAPITAL H: A SUPERHERO AU GAME
The Station - A Panfandom Science Fiction Game.
The Station is massive, run entirely by a small few and the Station's computer system, and the lone civilization in the Dead Space that seems to be otherwise completely inhospitable - planets with cannibal civilizations, unbreathable atmospheres, horrible creatures, and more. But since people started showing up on the Station, things have gotten more and more strange. Ripples of energy have crossed the Station more than once, and each time, something has gone terribly wrong, or at least, gone weird. Changing minds and bodies, bringing items and people only to take them away, spilling blood.
Bring yourself, bring your ship, bring your companion... but you'll never leave the Dead Space without help from the Station, and it and its people will never survive without you.

Brave New World: An AU Pokémon Game
BRAVE NEW WORLD
Premise | FAQs | Reserved | Taken | Application | AU Planning | Testrun | Directory
In times past, it is said humanity was great. Rulers of the land and seas and skies, we bound the very gods to our service and our people flourished. But the gods did not appreciate such arrogance. Scattering our people and striking down our cities, humanity almost ended in those dark times. But for a single point of light - a savior who quelled the wrath of the gods and brought us peace, and the hope for survival.
Now I hear the drumbeats of war once again. The thunder of gunshots and the pain of human and Pokémon alike. We were given but one chance. We must show we will not repeat the mistakes of our past.
Brave New World is a community-based AU Pokémon game focused around exploration, discovery, and plot. In the distant past, the Legendary Pokémon lead armies to destroy the human civilization that had long enslaved them. Now, 500 years later, the remaining human civilizations are once again connecting, although not always on friendly terms. The players take on the role of citizens of the city of Union, and their objective is to once again expand the knowledge and civilization of the human race while avoiding the sins of the past.
A slow-to-medium paced game with an over-arching plot, events take place roughly every month. In addition to this, we encourage players to suggest and run player plots, as well as help influence the world that their characters inhabit.
DRAGON HAVEN
[ TAKEN ] [ RESERVED ] [ APPLICATION ] [ TEST DRIVE ]
No one knows how, or when, and no one's really sure when it happened. Once upon a time, it was different... but none remember the old ways anymore. Back then, the dragons of another realm were not a presence any knew of. They came and they took, they put those unwilling to sleep, all to keep them safe, in order to help them in an impossible task, a task they were not so ready to reveal. But then, it happened. The World-Eater came, and he ate everything. The worlds were destroyed.
Now, those fantastical beasts, the dragons, exist in every world, in those worlds that are familiar with them and those who saw them as only legend and fable. Maybe you've sought them out. Maybe you've lost everything or a someone, and you've heard they might just be there. Maybe you're asleep dreaming dreams of nothing dragon related. Maybe you're about to face an otherworldly foe. Maybe it's an exceptionally ordinary Tuesday afternoon.
❧
Players in Dragon Haven can expect to find a vast landscape to explore, plots that not only span regions, but the whole world, in order to keep characters on their toes, a friendly, laid back environment, and a game where the possibilities are nearly limitless.

The Rules | FAQ | Taken Characters | Reservations | Applications
You open your eyes and see you’re in a giant winged egg-like building, in a world completely different from your own home. Smiling women are here to greet you, cheerfully handing you a journal and chirping encouragements to write to those you know. From the doorway, you can smell the sea, hear the wind in the trees, see the long road sprawling out to meet a little city before you. It’s almost peaceful, even though when you try to step out, you’re blocked from leaving by a powerful force. Outside, the world seems bright and warm, and the voices behind you are cheerful. But still, you cannot leave.
Welcome to Miracle Country.
—奇跡国—
❀ Kiseki is a panfandom slice-of-life jamjar game set in the separate world of Miracle Country, a series of islands with all kinds of magical mishaps and circumstances. It seems a pleasant enough place, aside from some underlying creepiness (think Outo Country in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle or cursed Storybrooke in Once Upon a Time).
❀ Kiseki is a CLAMP inspired (meaning series such as Card Captor Sakura, X/1999, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, and Magic Knight Rayearth – just to name a few), but no prior knowledge of the manga-ka is necessary to join – it’s great for both CLAMP enthusiasts and canon-blind appers.
❀ Kiseki has both game-wide events and player-run plots which tend to run on at least a monthly basis (or sometimes twice a month).
❀ Kiseki is a small game (21 players and 56 characters) with a small and friendly player base, very backtag friendly and accommodating to all tagging-speeds; we have a bi-monthly AC that ranges from 30 to 40 comments total or one open post.
❀ Reserves are always open and last for one week, and the application itself is simple: no third person required!
❀ The game pace is overall medium-paced, sometimes faster during events and comments tend more towards comment-spam rather than prose.
❀ The game is comm-based and gameplay consists of both open logs and journal entries posted through magically-connected paper journals.
❀ We are on insanejournal which means all free accounts get 100 free icons; insanejournal is currently on invite-code only, so please feel free to poke me if you need a code.

THE WAREHOUSE
The Agents of the Warehouse have been tasked with keeping the world safe from dangerous Artifacts. They travel the world, searching for these objects with mystical powers, and bring them back to the Warehouse for safe storage. Unfortunately, not everyone believes Artifacts should be tucked away and out of the hands of the general public. And some wish to take down the Warehouse altogether.
An Artifact has been broken in two – on accident or on purpose, the Agents haven’t yet figured out. What is clear is that when the Artifact was broken, it tore a hole in the barriers between this reality and all the other universes that exist.
In its broken state, this Artifact has started pulling people from their universes into this one. Innocent lives, ripped from their home, out of space and out of time, with no way back until the Agents find the missing half of the Artifact and make it whole again.
Worse, it seems someone is bent on making not only the Agents’ lives difficult, but the lives of all these people now in the Agents’ care as well. The Agents are scrambling to find the broken part of the Artifact and fix the tear between universes. They are doing all that they can, but it might not be enough.
To all those the Artifact has pulled to this universe, let us just say: Welcome to the Warehouse.
~ ☆ ~
The Warehouse is a panfandom RPG on Dreamwidth set in the Warehouse 13/Eureka universe. It is open to all fandoms. Canon characters, Canon OCs, and Canon AUs are welcome. The Warehouse is a 'slice of life' game with a meta plot (that is not mandatory, but still fun) and mod-driven plots that happen about once a month, but it is also a player-plot-friendly game. We are smut-friendly, but not smut-centric. The game environment is conducive to non-human characters. We are also open to kid characters.
HOLDS are open. Check out our TEST DRIVE MEME. For more information about our game please see our RULES PAGE and our FAQ PAGE.

Sunshineverse: A Panfandom Naruto AU
That, you see, is only on the surface, and surface appearances can be deceiving.
Underneath that veneer of the bright and happy is a level of uneasy bitterness that might at any time edge its way into war, if the wrong parties become offended at the wrong time. Political envoys are often closer to being hostages, sometimes ending up trapped in their host village if there is some sort of dispute between the two powers, and they might not even realize it.
This, however, is a byplay that can easily be overlooked by a typical shinobi, one who doesn't pick up any plot missions, so if all you wish to play is day to day interactions and missions, then it is easy enough to dodge any broiling undertones... so long as they stay undertones. Civilian characters might be more successful at this, depending on their position in the world, as they are even less likely to deal with those plot missions than a shinobi would be. The general world tension will be part of the overarching mod plot, which the players will be kept generally apprised of, but it's the player characters that will determine if things really get intense.
This game is panfandom and accepts both OCs and minor characters. After all, every character that steps into this game, even Naruto characters, will be getting a backstory makeover to fit the Alternate Timeline in this setting, as decided by their player. So have fun, and if you ever wanted to see what your character would be like if they were a ninja... well, here's your chance.
As the above summary probably showed, we are sort of a mixing pot of genres, but Adventure and Intrigue are probably the closest definitions you'll get, since we have everything from active combat missions, to huge shonen plot possibilities, and even slice of life on the table.
Any fandom can be applied for, and if there are any questions about how to convert character powers between fandoms, the mods are always happy to answer them. OCs can be created for the world, or converted to the world, just as any fandom character can be, and we'll treat them all equally.
The pace is currently about medium-slow, and we have a 1:1 day ratio... but in it will be up to our players if the speed picks up. We hope to see you there!

Reality Shifted
Main ☆ Logs ☆ OOC
Reality is ever-changing. Knowledge, experience, circumstance... everything shapes a person's reality, every second that goes on. Some may share their worlds, but all live in different realities.
This isolation that people live in may be what first drew 'their' interest. Or perhaps they themselves are driven by a different sort of machine. But regardless, through means unknown, they have found a way to mix realities to their selection. To change the way the world itself works. It's a grand experiment or it's a fantastic game. But it's the new reality.
The world you're familiar with seems a little different, now. You can't remember your nightmares these days but you have them more often than ever before. And a strange world of darkness and starlight keeps drawing you in.
Welcome to the machine.
Reality Shifted is a panfandom and original character roleplaying game, allowing for multiple, deviant versions of characters. Based in each character's home territory, characters continue living their lives as normal - almost. As minds bend and twist, realities follow.
Apprentice Wanted - a sex-positive sex game
The allure of the sign is just too strong to resist, isn't it? Why, it seems to dismiss other pressing questions such as WHY AM I HERE? or maybe even HOW DID I GET HERE? or the ever troubling WHY ARE THOSE GNOMES STARING AT ME?
All important questions, but none so fascinating that this sign could not stir some curiousity in you! Last you remember, you'd been walking. Headed nowhere fast with your feet as your guide. It's the sign that brings you back to Earth, and it's almost as if you'd been day dreaming until now. Seems you'd taken a wrong left turn somewhere and come to be, as the Maku Maku call it, 'dirt-roaded'. The surroundings are unfamiliar to you, it appears as if you're in some sort of fantasy land. There are castles on the horizon and critters abound, but the only real lead you have is this sign with a fantastically flashy arrow.
Your feet don't like this lingering! They practically begin moving themselves in the direction of the arrow! Practically? No. They're definitely doing it. They'll lead you into a fabulous castle and directly to the court of the Mistress.
She greets you with a grin, and it's terribly offputting, you wait with bated breath for some sort of clarification, perhaps some assistance in your time of need...
"I hope you aren't as rubbish as the last one."
And that's when you black out.

City of Sin
They were wrong.
The soldiers in that army existed as they always had, even when battered by forces beyond their comprehension - they lived their lives and held on to their humanity, even in adversity. Even with dire temptations placed in their path. Even with their darkest, basest urges being brought to light. But neither did they become warriors of triumph and purity and pull down the walls of the city, defeating their capturing deities.
In the end, it was a tie. The only winner was flawed, frail, unconquerable humanity in all its shapes and species, and the living beings of the City of Sin unknowingly chose to remodel the reality of the City that had become theirs in their own image as it is remade...for the next round in an eternal battle.
City of Sin is a panfandom community-based game on Dreamwidth. Characters wake up in a district based on one of the Seven Deadly Sins; the game itself encourages darker elements, such as sex and violence, and both mod and player plots based on these sins. We operate on a 3:1 IC:OOC day ratio, and activity check is fifteen comments per month. Reserves and applications are currently open.
O U T B O U N D
Space, that final frontier, is where many dream of finding exotic places, new peoples, and a different and more exciting way of life. Unless you were from a time and place where nobody had any idea what those sparkly dots were up there, but even then I bet you wondered.
Of course, none of that prepared you for waking up one morning, not in your bed, but in a random crate smelling of pet dander and ribbon candy. Or a cramped closet with stiletto heels poking you in the back. Or, if you were really unlucky, crammed in a freezer along with somebody's ice pops. After avoiding death by embarrassing suffocation, you'll get treated to your first look at the flying junk heap that you'll now get to call home for an indeterminate amount of time.
Welcome to Outbound Flight! Your mission, according to the angry guy on the public address system, is to explore the furthest reaches of the universe and maybe found the perfect society. Armed with your wits, your skills, and the nifty involuntary tattoo you got somewhere between when you arrived and when you woke up, it's up to you to decide if you'll aid this mission of exploration or hide in your quarters making space moonshine. Maybe you'll play along for the chance to get home.. maybe you'll end up saving the universe.
Why should you join Outbound?
A. We're a small, easygoing game! You can make new friends and interesting cross-canon CR! The pace is medium-to-slow and we are all happy to backtag into the sun.
2. We are the only game that we know of that does not have a quota-based AC. Just check in with a link and an activity summary and you're good to go! Saves you from having to count comments or worry about flunking out when you have a bad month!
III. We have a dynamic metaplot! Events happen bimonthly, and character choices big and small shape the plot. There is also a lot of freedom for players to take on important roles in the ship's day-to-day functioning (or not) -- we are not one of those space games where the NPCs run everything.
Four: It's in space. We are based veeeeeeeery loosely on an obscure Star Wars EU novel, which basically means we're stealing all the cool bits with the Force and lightsabers and ghost ship background and dumping what doesn't suit us to travel a completely original final frontier in style. The game is currently a mix of adventure, exploration, and mystery with a dash of slice of life and the occasional horror thrown in to keep it interesting.

Altered States
New York City. The Big Apple. Specifically, Manhattan. Twenty-three square miles of city, from the glowing lights of Broadway to the manicured lawns of Central Park. And it's a bit different than you would remember.
The Hudson River, curling around the west side of the island, has a rather unusual habit of changing people who are brave enough to go for a little swim. Walk the streets of the city and you'll see a woman with hair made of snakes, a man roasting chestnuts on the corner with flames from his bare hands, a teenager check the clock and with a shriek of alarm, turn into a pigeon and fly off.
Not everyone tries their luck in the river. A little less than half the population think it's not worth the risk. Everyone knows someone who was "gifted" with acidic saliva or the tendency to burst into flame when excited or any number of equally unpleasant things. But, for most people in Manhattan, being Altered is a basic fact of daily life.
And so it has been for as long as anyone can remember. Very recently, the river has been learning new tricks. It's started spitting out people, from other places, both fantastical and mundane. Odd occurrences are taking place on land as well. People have been going missing, a plague struck Manhattan last fall, and they finally caught targeting Altered natives and Drifters alike. Currently the city has been trying to cope with the aftermath of an alien robot invasion that laid waste to major parts of the city. Tensions are at an all-time and the atmosphere of the city has shifted to one of unease and distrust.
Altered States is a panfandom and OC-friendly roleplaying game set in an alternate version of Manhattan. The game is a modern mix of science fiction and fantasy, with a liberal smattering of dark, gritty, and urban themes. We are prose based, backtag-friendly and have a strong emphasis on character relationships and plot, both moderator and player created. Over the last month we've been running the most plot-intensive storyline the game has seen thus far. Unwanted, otherworldly robots have been wreaking havoc across the city and the aftermath launched Phase Two in the continuing saga. We hope to see you join in the excitement!

Saudade
That's why the worlds are still scattered, divided from each other.
But someday, a door to the innermost darkness will open.
And the true light will return.'
On a little world on the far side of the universe, the denizens of Penrose Castle were charged with keeping an eternal light safe. If anything were to ever happen to darken the worlds' horizons again, if there was ever a darkness too great for even the Keyblade to cut through, there would always be a way to restore the light.
During a routine sweep of the worlds, the Penrosians discovered a place that was still shadowed in an unsettling residual darkness. Two Finders went to this world of eternal night and found there the remnants of thousands of lost souls and broken hearts. The Heartless had been contained, but not destroyed, the darkness continuing to overpower the light. Two Finders went to this world, but only one returned, and thus Penrose was left to face the one situation they had hoped they would never have to plan for: connect all the worlds, light every lantern, pierce the darkness and restore balance for good.
Believe in the light, and the darkness will never defeat you.'
Saudade is a CR-heavy prose-encouraged panfandom AU- and OC-friendly game built on a system of action-based worldhopping missions balanced with a peaceful homeworld setting. We are very small right now and are interested in expanding our playerbase! Apps are open every other weekend.

Outer Divide is a panfandom sci-fi open world game. We accept characters from all mediums, as well as AUs, Fandom OCs, and Original Characters.
After new arrivals awaken in the ship they are free to explore the entire planet of Verdana. The only places they'll have difficulty entering are the Plagued Lands, and the remaining domed cities. The Outer Inhabitants are still rebuilding, and aside from the quarantine line, most of the technologies remaining resemble those of 20th and 21st century Earth.
Much of the world has become overgrown and filled with wildlife. The majority of the animals are similar to those found on Earth, including many extinct or mythical creatures. It's not unheard of to cross paths with a dinosaur in the wilderness.

My Little Jamjar is a pan-canon roleplay set in the universe of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic! Characters will find themselves as ponies (or even, perhaps, other native Equestrian species on occasion...), now living in the town of Ponyville. Will they befriend the natives? Get comfortable and stay awhile? Or decide to just focus on solving the mystery of their presence here and try to find a way home? The choice is yours!

We the Lost
Waking up somewhere new isn't that surprising anymore for you, is it? Not when you are the lost. You've done more than this: battled monsters, awakened in new worlds and struggled to stay alive. You've done far more than The Being knows or will ever really know.
All The Being truly knows now is you are in need. The Being, Zephyr, sees you and knows you have no home.
This is why you're here. You need a home and Zephyr needs believers. Can you work together to build this world?
WE THE LOST
Characters will encounter the child god, Zephyr, face-to-face, help them learn, grow, and shape them into a full-fledged god. Zephyr has a name and a form, but they still have much left to figure out about themselves with the help of the characters they bring in. There are also several other gods who occasionally look in on the Meadous and have a tendency to meddle.
Mod-run events occur roughly once a month and range from silly (e.g., a kite flying festival) to serious and dangerous (e.g., gods tampering with the negative emotions of characters).
Will your character come to accept the Meadous as their new home? Or perhaps try to find some means of escape? Or maybe they'll take advantage of the wishing pond. Zephyr can grant many desires, healing characters from their previous games, restoring magic and items, and much more.

The Bastion
Designed by talented mechanics, the Bastion was meant to be both a sanctuary and a defense mechanism at once. Should the world ever fall into war, the Bastion could be activated, giving refugees a safe place to flee to. The Bastion was meant to be self-monitoring, and could take care of all the needs of its population without any interference.
However, nobody expected the Calamity. Millions perished in the blink of an eye, and the world itself was torn to shreds. All that remains is the Skyway, a collection of floating lands that occupy the space once inhabited by an entire world. The Calamity was so terrible that the Bastion itself was damaged, and it lacks the power necessary to repair itself.
In order to repair the Bastion, characters will have to search for Cores on the Skyway. They provide the power necessary for the Bastion to repair itself, and each Core brings the Bastion one step closer to being 100% operational. Until then, everyone who survived the Calamity will have to work together to survive and keep the monsters of the Skyway out of the Bastion, or else the last sanctuary of mankind will fall to the horrors that lurk outside its borders.
The Bastion is a panfandom, plot-heavy game set in the world of Bastion with a focus on the consequences of choices made by the characters within the game. Characters will be able to shape the setting as they see fit, and ultimately it is up to them to repair the Bastion and make a new home for all living creatures. You do not have to have played Bastion to app into this game.

TuShanshu
( a world between Life, Dreaming and Death )
For eons beyond memory...
The Great Turtles formed the lands of the world and gave rise to a powerful and advanced civilization that flourished across the three realms of Life, Death and Dreaming. However this world fell out of balance due to the influence of Malicant, the Dark Enemy until the very Planes themselves fractured and seven hundred years ago, the world was plunged into a shadow. War ravaged the land, decimation lanced across peoples and races and creeds, inexorable... until everything ground to a sudden, bloody halt. Tu Vishan, now known to the people of Keeliai as 'Asti', was one of two great turtles to survive the calamity, and he did what has not been done for millions of years. He freed himself, and he swam. In the years since, he has not stopped.
He is now a beacon, a refuge. A testament to the strength of will that all creatures exert to survive. And on his back is the only city left in on the planet that's free of the dark influence of Malicant, a being so terrible that some have already given the cause of fighting it for lost. The Emperor Eshai, who had reigned in Keeliai for as long as Asti has swam, tried at first to summon heroes to her cause. Her first attempt failed. Instead, she brought the kedan into Konryu: a fierce and warlike species from a dying planet, the improper use of her magics damaged them and made them what they are today. Her second attempt brought heroes true enough but they were lost when Sinbrilee, Asti's sister and the only other surviving turtle, died and sank to the ocean floor.
Keeliai straddles the three realms of Life, Death and Dreaming. Now revealed to be literal places, Keeliai exists in the plane of 'Life', and Death is currently ruled by Malicant's iron fist. Now Eshai is dead and Evandau, the Alderwood Emperor, rules upon the Turtle even as Malicant controls the Palace of the Landed Sky, putting the summoned Foreigners in jeopardy and threatening the very existence of the last Life stronghold of the world. If Tu Vishan falls, Malicant's poison will move onto other worlds and bring them likewise low. You are here to fight a war. Just possibly, you are here to bear witness to the end of the universe. Perhaps you'll get a chance to be a hero or perhaps you'll die trying. What happens next is up to you.

By all appearances, it is a boarding house like any other... until you look outside and notice that the quaint brick exterior doesn't quite seem big enough to contain all its rooms. (In fact, it adds a new one for each new face.)
You are now in Nusquamton, a patchwork of the lost streets of a thousand cities: London, Paris, Madrid, Calcutta among others. It is a city in flux, changing from day to day. Nonetheless, there are some features that are always the same: a port to the West, fed by a deep, slow river that bisects the city, the Steam District in the north, (the height of technological achievement, colorful and busy, but prone to explosions). To the South lies the dilapidated neighborhood known as the Marsh, where the strange vapors of the nearby swamp give rise to shambling hordes of undead and other unsettling things, from time to time. (There are even rumours of a headless horseman!) Beyond the city, there are moors, meadows and forests outside of the city, all stretching to the horizon...
However...
Those who venture out that far, will find that, once there, they're facing the city again. The same goes for those who book passage on one of the ships out of the port. Your character is trapped. Will they make the best of it? Or will they make a little chaos in a bid to free themselves?

KYRIAKOS: a panfandom, team-based, memory loss game.
A panfandom team-based memory and skill loss game.
Fortunately, you're one of the lucky ones.
Whether it's due to a strong soul or to pure dumb luck, you managed to avoid being completely destroyed. One small fragment is all that's left, and as a result, you can be saved. The method is rather simple: with the team that you find yourself on, you have to play games that are run by beings that seem fairly omnipotent... and if you win, you regain parts of your own soul. By rebuilding your soul, you'll also rebuild your world and save it from the threat that's destroying and erasing worlds.

Last Resort
Far on the fringe of a power struggle between planets is a little gem of a world whose civilization is long gone. Just a little larger than Earth, Quadratus once housed a monumental society that celebrated nature. Now that civilization is gone, their ruins overgrown, without so much as a single skeleton left and it's up to the guests at the resort to figure out where this civilization went.
Blackstaff Resort means much more than that to many people, however. To some, it's a new beginning where they can get away from it all. To others, it's a place where they can find peace and quiet and relax, and enjoy the amenities for “free” (there are a lot of people curious about people from other universes and excited to meet the long-distance guests and willing to finance their visit). And there people who just want to take the opportunity to make money however they can, legally or illegally.
The resort staff hopes you enjoy your stay.
This is a seasonal game with the master plot happening during the summer months, when players will have more time available. The rest of the year will be smaller plots that won't affect the overall setting.
Game traits: open world, sci-fi elements, humor elements, action-adventure/horror elements, comm-based, reasonable AC.
