Hi, hello, seconding dear visionless above and suggesting ataraxion for your Draco! It would be absolutely lovely to have more comic EU characters and weirdly enough I was only saying a few weeks ago how brilliant it would be to have Legacy characters in the game! We have a diverse spread of canon points in our Star Wars cast so having a character from so far in the future wouldn't be weird at all. And it'd be pretty hilarious to try and explain the Imperial Knights tot he Jedi we have so far :'| Also, y'know, Antares and Quinlan could stand around being grim and Duursema-y. I'm sure there's a Doug Wangler joke I can make here.

Anyway, yes. It would be lovely to have you and your Antares in the game so give it a think over! We have a test drive meme up now before applications open for a week on the 1st. Let me know if you have any questions!

I'd suggest paradisa where I just intro-ed Rivaille here. It's set in what appears to be Paradise, a castle that provides for all its residents' wants and needs in exchange for a loss, which can be anything from an ability, a memory or an object. For example, Rivaille's is the ability to clean anything alone, which will help me develop interaction with the other characters ;)

The pace is medium, I'd say. We get about 3-5 posts on the community each day and personally I backtag until two months and sometimes more! The pace picks up during plots, but even those are super backtag friendly.

The overarching plot now is basically finding out more about the Castle through expeditions. Past ones have discovered other castles similar to Paradisa that have decayed for mysterious reasons, and then there are past residents of those castles that aren't the friendliest. But no one knows why, yet!

I just intro-ed this jerk here to paradisa and I have two other characters there. The premise is basically a Castle that provides for all the residents' needs and wants, in exchange for a loss which can be anything from an ability to a memory to an object. Rivaille's, for example, is the ability to clean anything by himself, which helps me prod him to interact with other people :>

There's an overarching plot of residents exploring the world to find out more about the Castle's origins and how to get home or get back what they lost. These are done in expeditions, where they've found other castles similar to Paradisa that have decayed and the residents scattered. The First Gens, as they're called, aren't the friendliest...

We also get to submit plot ideas that range from crack to terrible horror. The pace is medium with about 3-5 posts in the community each day, and AC is two posts/logs or 50 comments each month, or one post/log and 25 comments.

And please, tl:dr away! I've yet to see any of season 2 -- I am dependant on DVD imports and was still working my way through the latter half of season 1 when my external DVD drive took a dive off my cupboard onto the floor and ... yeah, it's in need of professional attention. I've read as many spoilers as I could find and scoured youtube for clips, so I'm pretty sure I've got a good idea of where SB's development goes, but I generally prefer beginnings anyway.

It sounds as though, just like M'gann, you're up for almost anything! Which is cool, but makes finding a starting point a little bit tricky. Since I've played SB in a non-canon setting so far, I think I'd prefer something canon-related -- and since you're also interested in exploring M'gann's feelings of out-of-placeness/relationship with Earth/human culture, how about a scenario where the rest of the team are on a reconaissance mission that relies on blending in, and M'gann, SB (and maybe Aqualad too?) have been left behind because they'd stick out and they're not thrilled about this?

The game has an overarching plot with residents going on expeditions to learn more about the world, as well as castle-induced plots that are prone to be action-y. The last one we had was based on the cult movie Event Horizon and that was kick-ass, and soon we'll have one based on Jurassic Park :>

The players are very backtag friendly. For myself, I sometimes tag threads started two months back and that's totally fine by me!
