There is a tiny CC cast over at exsilium, which fits all of your preferences! A catgirl mechanic would be great, especially since the entire game is moving to a hi-tech base. ... On the moon.

The game itself has been a consistent joy since I apped in, so I highly recommend giving it a look if you haven't before!
