HI, I have a Kill la Kill cast forming over at savetheearth and I am searching to fill it! I presently have a Ryuko, and reserves for a Mako, Gamagoori, and Satsuki (forgive me for name derping, I'm reading from the list and need to actually watch yet); if this is too big a cast, I apologize in advance, but just in case, I'll keep talking. To start with, I'll get the big stuff off the table first. Save the Earth is an AU game; characters have been reincarnated into new lives, and regain memories, powers, and possessions from their former selves over time. We're just entering the second "season" of play, so the setting's expanded, and the plot is once again in full swing. The game is very plot-heavy; players have many, many chances to jump right in and change things, and the question isn't "what can I do" but "what happens if I do this".

As a result of the setting, you start with a normal character but can accelerate to having powers pretty much as quickly as you like, especially with castmates; the game is comm-based and apps open in a couple of days, on the first. The only other thing I think might be a mark against me is that I only have two settings near to hand, though you have a decent amount of freedom within them: a city on the south end of New Jersey, or Las Vegas.

Eh, a toss-up now that I read what I've written here, but if it sounds like something you're interested in, that'd be spectacular, and I can field questions if you've any to ask; if not, that's fair too. Happy hunting, in any event!

Ooh you might want to look at maisondeportes for Jemma especially! We fit all your requirements (slow paced moving to medium at game updates as far as that goes). We're horror genre, but the emphasis is more on puzzle-solving/investigation/exploration than blood and gore. There'd be Bucky and Steve as castmates for Jemma as well.

I didn't think I'd see either being offered but I would love to see either one of them at my games. I play Sarah over at ataraxion and currently she is without a cast! It's more sci-fi/horror on a spaceship if that interest you at all? It matches all your preferences and it's really backtag friendly too with AC being one of the following: 5 comments in a log, 10 network comments or 1 network post!

I'm feeling around again for a place to put Anthony from the video game Eternal Darkness; I currently play an AU counterpart at savetheearth and would love to find a place where his OU or another version might go nicely!

My only hard requirements are for no sex or strictly/predominantly slice-of-life games - backtag-friendliness and a moderate pace are preferred, as is easy play for obscure characters. I have no problems with memory loss or AU games (of course)!

somnambulists is a new game with reserves open now; we're scheduled to open April 10th. We're expecting the game to be preferably medium-paced; since it's a dream, the game's time scale is actually flexible depending on what each player needs. It is 18+ but is a gen game.

We are very much interested in the game being plot-focused with heavy player involvement; we do plan to have the setting not get too comfortable for characters to curtail things from becoming too slice-of-life focused.

I am, yes. I started in like December (whoops) and then I started to hesitate because of the HD version. I also have an awful tendency to replay ten games at once. I've crossed Kimahri over into Auron's initial pathway, so he's doing pretty swell! I just have become obsessed with making sure I don't have to backtrack for hours now. :x

She definitely does! I think that sometimes it's a bit harder to read because she's still trying to be the strong one, the guardian that reminds the others that it is Yuna's choice. It's also usually in conjunction with her failed pilgrimage, so it's kind of... interesting to delve into that one on one and alone?

Yeah, it's like... I heard such good things about the show but all I can think of while watching it is oh god I'm so bored. The fact that the game's not really that deeply tied into it besides the obvious pretty much broke my major uncertainy about it.

Now I just have to hope I can remember how to play Knuckles, sob. It's been a while but every time I've brought him out everyone has been like YOUR KNUCKLES IS AWESOME and I usually keep some summaries and old threads around for when someone wants the muse.

So there's outer_divide, which has a pretty complex metaplot (and dinosaurs, which are only tangentially related to the plot, but pretty great), though it's closer to slow than medium. There's a somewhat random X-man cast from several continuities, though, featuring both Wanda and Pietro, from Wolverine and the X-men and X-men: Evolution, respectively. It would be a lot of awesome drama having that dysfunctional family together. And there are other mutants with their own Magneto issues, this kid included.
