Hello! Can I offer you tushanshu? We meet every one of your listed preferences. Although we do have a really cohesive plurk community, every plot and event has an OOC plotting post, so it's always an option.

We've got a regular metaplot that's ongoing, although there's downtime between events. We've just started a big event called a landfall, which tend to happen a few times a year. The setting is very malleable and defined by player choice, with the focus on characters having real, tangible impact on the metaplot in different ways (there's politics, black market, etc). So there's plenty to get involved in, depending on what you might be interested in!

I'm intrigued! I don't mind plotting via plurk, especially if the game's pretty organized in that respect; I would just hate feeling like I have to follow everybody and their siblings to get some rp action, if that makes sense.

No, I COMPLETELY get you, I run into that in another game, where everyone is super friendly and chill on plurk, but it's an enormous task to keep up with everything. With TS, we're more like, plotting is centralized, we're just chatterboxes about our CR on plurk :P
