Despite its size, Luceti is a medium paced game and amazing when it comes to backtagging, if you happen to have your slow days. We're cool people. Honest.

amatomnes is an 18+ sex based game. The premise of the game is simply that characters have been kidnapped to Atia to have sex in order to supply her with power. That said, it's important to note that it is perfectly fine to handwave any and all sexual encounters if you do want to app. There's a lot of other things going on in Atia, and while sex does happen, it definitely isn't the only thing. We are a pretty active cast looking to play with more historically based characters, because they're so scarce. If you are at all interested in joining us, please let us know!

Our cast is friendly and helpful, and with a few of us owning capture devices, we're able to provide high quality screencaps and movies from the Koei games (including DW7, DW7XL, SW3Z, SW3Empires, WO3, and a lot of the PS2 titles, if you were interested in playing from those) and Sengoku BASARA 3/Utage for icons, doujin scans, as well as having people who enjoy making icons from said screencaps and doujin scans. A medium-paced, community-based Persona 3 roleplay! Characters wake up to find themselves on the island of Prospero in the USA, and gain Personas with which to battle against Shadows, who all seem to be stemming from a certain building in town during an hour that shouldn't exist... Features Shadows appearing in the Dark Hour every night, wacky day time hijinks, and monthly events in the form of Arcana-specific Shadow boss fights that also tend to affect people in the real world for a time leading up to the actual full-moon battle!

Tokyo Majin

I play Tatsuma Hiyuu from the anime here! He is of the Fool Arcana in Personaverse, and has the Persona Kohryu because yaaay plot relevancy. I would be totally psyched to get a Tokyo Majin cast rolling, since it seems very easy to convert to Personaverse. I'm looking mostly for a Kyouichi Horaiji, Aoi Mistao, Komaki Sakurai, Yuuya Daigo, or Hisui Kisaragi. But really, I'd be happy with whoever because everyone is awesome in Tokyo Majin! Tatsuma is from the end of the first season, canon-wise, but I don't mind canonmates from other points in time, too!

A large community-based RP! Characters are brought into houses under a Norse god, which grants them a single power that can evolve over time. The characters are then expected to go about their lives and bring color back into the world. However, some figures would rather bring about Ragnarok, resulting in attacks on the city the characters must defend themselves against.

I've got Hibiki here and would basically faint from joy to see basically anyone else from this series, but most definitely Ahito in particular since people are granted powers that don't require sacrifices, which I think would be interesting! I'd be super stoked to see a Kirito in particular, but really, anyone would be amazing. I mean, throwing characters from Sword Art Online into another MMORPG, albeit without the same death rules? clock_town is a panfandom, community-based rp based on Majora's Mask. Knowledge of the game isn't required to play. Characters will have ten "days"--twenty real-time days-- to explore the world and try to find a way home. At the end of those ten days, the world ends, and time starts over.

That is, the world around them is reset to the first day, while the characters themselves still remember everything that happened to them. They're stuck in a time loop, and the only way out is to figure out how to stop the world from ending and do it. Of course, there's other things to do, too. Find a place to sleep, work to get some food, do sidequests, find masks...

Masks with peculiar side effects.

We are a slow to medium-paced game set in the wonderful world of Wonderland; a magical mansion and its surrounding gardens, forest and sea. Events usually take place every other week or so and characters experience very limited memory loss (something to the tune of a word or two) after an event from their canon.

Our genre is pretty much what you make of it, giving you opportunities to cover the serious, silly, sad, sexy and everything in-between. Alchemists and Homunculi, the Kingdom of Amestris NEEDS YOU

imperial_saga is an AU fantasy epic based around high political intrigue, warfare, and the ultimate in player freedom. Players construct their own Kingdoms and Factions, scheme and plot against each other, and occasionally band together to beat the crap out of horrible evil monsters from beyond the ken of mortal knowledge.

I currently play one King Bradley, head of the kingdom of Amestris. The Kingdom of Amestris is much like it is in canon, and Bradley’s motivations are completely unchanged.

The game:

route_29 is a journal-based, multifandom game set in the world of Pokémon (Johto & Kanto regions)! Characters start as trainers, breeders, or Rocket grunts, and set off on their Pokémon journeys.

Gameplay is relaxed and backtag-friendly, with a mix of player- and mod-run plots (there's a mod plot going on this weekend, for those interested in checking it out). There's a huge list of potential starter Pokémon, as well as a variety of things to catch in the wild. So come give your Symphogear character a break from all their world's death, destruction, and hilariously tragic misunderstandings and sing along with the eternally looping 8-bit soundtrack!

Abax is a big, fast-paced horror game that is set in a city of perpetual night. 250+ characters, and it moves pretty quickly (slower than Mayfield and Paradisa, about on par with Siren's Pull). But, it's also very fun, and it makes it really easy to get CR.

Abax is set in an abandoned city where time passes, but the sun never rises. Everything is stocked in stores and such, so there's lots of looting that can be done, but all the running water is cold and the electronics are permanently on or off. TVs air silent snow 24/7.

The OOC environment is friendly, and player-based plots are welcomed and encouraged and the mods work very hard to facilitate them. The game runs in real time.

The game has strong horror overtones, which comes through during the events (currently it's killer mannequins). Violence is common during events (but nothing beyond what BtVS/AtS characters are used to).

What is this place? Why have you come here? There are so many questions to ask, and so much to learn and understand. But there's something in the air: a mysterious buzz, that seems to tug on your heart. A magical ambience, but the atmosphere is heavy, dreading. Uncertainty is expected when the guards bring you into the gates of Gora.

There, you are registered. There, you are given a diagnosis. "Fighter". Or "Sacrifice".

Gora is a community-based, panfandom game set in the universe on Loveless. Prior knowledge of the series is not required to join, however. We are fairly new, small, and slow-paced. We accept OCs, but not fandom OCs, AUs, or characters from Loveless.

Apps open the 1st of every month and close on the 7th at 11:59 PM EST. Reserves are open from the 8th until the end of the month.

anemoi is a panfandom, community-based memory loss jamjar set in the city of Sirocco and the outlying wilderness. When characters show up, they remember nothing but their names, and are taken to a lab where they are made government employees and tasked with finding gems called anemoi to bring to them for processing. To further encourage finding anemoi, each anemoi processed restores a small portion of the finder's memories.

But where are these anemoi? Out in the wilderness. They won't be found close to the city, and the farther out one goes, the more dangerous the wilderness becomes. There are all sorts of monsters out there -- including monsters from worlds represented in the game. Characters are encouraged to band together to form parties to explore the wilderness, and trips can be handwaved or logged in the comm or on AIM.

And on that note, each character occasionally gets a regain. These regains can even be put towards bringing in world mechanics from characters' home worlds. So far, we have magic from both the Fire Emblem (Elibe) and Guilty Gear worlds, plus the Band system from Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, among other things.

Tsubaki Yayoi - Jin needs something to genuinely care about, and Tsubaki is the best possible person to provide that for him. She's important to his character development, and I'd just really love to play Jin off a Tsubaki. I'd be up for shipping it, too, if the opportunity provides itself.

The Game, In a Nutshell!

☀A Victorian-esque, steampunk influenced city surrounded by horrifying magical fog that messes with a character's head. Also includes a low-tech medieval-esque village, an underground city of vice, a pocket dimension full of imported locations and monsters, and an island dedicated to your law and order needs.
☀Multigenre, with survival, horror and mindgamey elements.
☀Minimal or no power-nerfing in most locations and nonpowered characters can gain mist-endowed powers upon arrival. However, there is also...
☀An undercity filled with decadence and crime where no one has superhuman abilities.
☀We allow pets, and equipment to come through with your character or follow them later!
☀Community-based, but with voice mail for private threads, etc.
☀Monthly optional Broadcast Mind event, in which characters' memories, dreams, fantasies, etc. are aired in the Network comm.
☀Generally one or two modplots per month, which vary in length from 2-3 days to a week or more, depending on the plot.
☀Game-wide player-run plots permitted (and encouraged!)
☀Two pieces of activity per month Activity (network posts, logs and long threads all count), with opportunities for saves if you need them.
☀200+ characters, medium-paced most of the time. Posting rate varies a lot - from a handful of posts a day to 15-20 depending on events/plots/time of month.

mayfield

Mayfield is a medium-paced, comm-based, Dreamwidth RPG that is known for its stunningly in-depth events, relaxed AC, and large playerbase. The game takes place in a cheery-but-sinister 1950's American town; characters are turned human, stripped of their powers upon arrival, and forced to play along with the Pleasantville vibe lest they get "droned" as punishment. They can, however, gain their powers back over time.

The OOC environment is friendly, and player-based plots are welcomed and encouraged and the mods work very hard to facilitate them. The game runs in real time.

The game has a mystery and action/horror vibe, but with sufficient slice-of-lifey downtime between events. The pace is medium on the whole, but can get pretty fast-paced during events. It's backtag friendly. Characters are housed together in 'nuclear families', meaning adult characters are assigned a spouse, and minors are assigned parents. Violence is common during events (but nothing beyond what BtVS/AtS characters are used to).

A panfandom MST3K RPG

It’s Just A Game is a panfandom Mystery Science Theater 3000 roleplaying game combined with a sporking community. A knowledge of MST3K is helpful but not necessary to play in the game. It’s Just A Game is primarily crack in a slice-of-life setting, but with some adventure/exploration on the side as the game progresses.

It’s Just A Game allows any characters from any medium, including very cracky or unusual canons, as long as they are canon-based. Characters are encouraged to raise morale through humor and various activities in the face of a variety of crack-flavored events, with the hope that raising morale high enough will enable them to return home. Players are especially encouraged to sign their characters up as participants in the bi-weekly sporking sessions, which drive the premise of the game. However, players are not required to spork in order to play in the game.

luceti is a fairly large panfandom, journal-based game. Despite the size we normally run on medium pace, only really picking up around events. But everyone is super backtag friendly and our AC is fairly easy (30 comments a month, AC takes place every two months). Basically, your character is kidnapped and is being held by the ones known as the Malnosso. A little bit of slice o' life with an overarching plot, and even a war going on.
